Hello everyone, welcome to my channel. Like so many others, my lifestyle changed due to the pandemic.
Before the pandemic, my families lives had become so hectic & busy that there never seemed to be a good time to travel anymore. Somewhere along the line we realized that our last vacation was in 2011. We decided that it was time we made some travel plans.
Then the pandemic hit! I no longer wanted to travel by plane or stay in a hotel. We decided that a bettter and safer alternative would be to travel in our own vehicle, one that we could also sleep in, cook our own meals in, vacation in. The rest is history!
However, the RV shopping process is not easy and required a lot of research. I want to share what I have learned along with my ongoing experiences and adventures through my channel which offers:

Wow, that is a really beautiful and sleek looking coach. It's amazing how much style and luxury you can have in such a small space. Love the decor and all that overhead storage. The only changes that I might make would be to exchange the plastic toilet for a porcelain unit, and maybe remove one of the captain chairs behind the cockpit for more space or functionality. Other than that, this is an absolute perfect class B.
As always, great job on the video. Love how you take the time to show all the aspects and options on each model. You don't rush the content, and provide nice video footage to get the whole charm and style of each unit, well done. Thanks again, and I look forward to viewing more of your reviews/ tours.

The Airstream Interstate is a beautiful and well thought out vehicle. It seems every inch of space is put to good use and the fit and finish is great. Your presentation and description of the unit is probably the best I have ever viewed on You Tube !! Interesting machine. It's an interstate camper business jet on wheels. Perfect for a lot of things. If you go to a party or an event, like I do and usually not close to home, you can drink like a real man and then sober up/sleep in it in the parking lot with the AC on and have nice shower and a coffee in the morning. Instead of driving drunk, like a ...ahem.... real man. Perfect for shuttling family, business acquaintances here and there without being to "campery" or "RVish" LOVE IT !!

A 24’ Class B needs to have a rear bath, really opens up the living area. Replace the cook burners with an electric top, get a bigger (taller) refrigerator, and a convection microwave.

@@Adventure-Mom I know that there are a lot RV video revues, but you have knack for picking the RV styles that I seem to be interested in. 😀 I’m really interested in the small class-A, but this Airstream layout would be the class-B of my choice. I would live with the bath as is, but switch out cooktop, and fridge. Thanks for the hard work.

I really like the Airstream class b vans however I don’t like the knobs to open the windows; they should be electric. I would remove the small frig and replace it with the drawer combo. I would also remove the drivers side captain’s chair and put a side facing bench that pulls out into a bed. Also, I would remove that plastic toilet. Thanks for the tour! 🥰🚌👏🏾

I'm spoiled with Lithium on my American Coach Patriot, but I do like having the extra two seat options behind the driver and passenger... Trade off for storage tho... Man, choosing the perfect Class B is not easy. Thanks for the walk through.

hi. Nice to speak to you briefly at the Tampa show. As I understand it, that circular spare tire looking thing is the propane tank. Or so I was told by interstate rep at the Tampa show. ( I have a 2022 GT).I like the gt over the GL as the the ref in the gl is small. The kitchen overlooks the camp side. I don't need 4 captains chairs. GL seems like more of a work van, or to be able to drive clients around.
It is always great to speak with fellow RVers. I like the GT as well as Airstream really makes a great RV. Thanks for Watching!

The faucet in the bathroom is a Pfister kitchen faucet. I have the same one in my kitchen. The switch on top changes the flow from stream to spray. No on/off switch.

I don’t know who would want to sleep on a bed like that… studded all over with seatbelt buckles and uncomfortable DEEP seems. Also what kind of sheets would fit (and stay put) on a bed like that? A demo of actually making a bed with fitted sheets and the rest of the bedding would have been a nice addition to the video.

We have a 2020 and I can tell you that the bed down with a pad on it is one of the best nights of sleep. We leave it down and bed made. VERY comfy!

They should build them for boondocking too. Solar panels and all. Install a safe to lock valuables as well. The lack of accessories is why I may build an ambulance into a camper instead. Also need 4-wheel drive. These market builds are not functional for most long term road camping.
Hello Rob, Most of these van do come with solar panels now but IMO not enough. I do like the idea of a safe and the Storyteller overland is the only B-Class RV I have ever seen with one. One of the reasons I purchase the Thor Sanctuary is because the price was relatively cheap and I can add in the thing I want (custom build out as I go). Building from scratch would have require a lot of time which is tough for me. Thanks for Watching!

The “spare tire” you point out is actually the toroidal (donut-shaped) LP tank. No spare tire comes with the GT.

I was thinking maybe move the table across the other side and put it behind the seat. The space freed up could be used to help provide a bit more counter space on a retractable mechanism. Seems pretty decent interior, sadly no mention of a garage or storage area for stuff like outdoor furniture or bikes.

A permanent bed would be better. Although the seats automatically convert to bed, how can anyone sleep in such an uneven bed? Overall, the idea and layout is great

I've viewed many van's, camper', R.V.'s, Schoolies, etc. I did not care for this one. Too Industrial looking. The drawers and drawer covers don't open smoothly. The Bed, had all those seat belts sticking up between the chairs that were formed to make a bed. That shower hose was sticky too in the extension. I expected more from Airstream. The older model Airstream travel trailers were Top of the LIne! Wanderlust and the Wanderlust Bluebird are Luxury Motor Homes. If I buy, it will be Wanderlust, they are So Cool. With a rich look and feel. So Quality. Great presentation tho by the hostess for the Airstream. Thank-you.

Nice calm review; I can't stand the reviewers who think they are stand-up comedians or jump around all over the place. I do wonder why the electronics for the bed are not in the bedroom area? But that is just a small nit. I'd like a larger fridge, and what about solar?

one thing all these reviews can use is an MSRP for the models they review.probably the facility where they do the review won't let them as it would scare off too many prospective customers.

I’ve always loved and hated the Airstream Mercedes RVs. Not at all suitable for full time living imo, but nice for short trips with a partner and you can go literally anywhere and park anywhere. Sophisticated enough to be beyond stealthy but the price of these is outrageous for their limitations. You could get a 35’ class c for the price of these! It’s hood that they just abandoned the wardrobe cabinet though. Nice tour tho!

That green generator or green box under there being exposed makes me super nervous and I don’t like the fact that the battery is under there instead of mounted on the door for easy access in the fidget raider is too fucking small other than that everything is Decent it’s Pretty nice I like it and I love how long ambiguous but is it a way that you can just get vehicle without the living inside so person can do it themselves because I don’t like the fact that the toilet is plastic I would love to have this vehicle and do it myself is that an option or does it come already made
I agree that the generator is pretty low to the ground but this is not an RV I would be taking off-road. The interior of the RV was very well built with quality materials but the layout is not going to work for everyone. It is possible to just buy the Mercedes van and create your own RV, but that requires a lot of planning and is very time consuming. Thanks for Watching!
