We Need to Talk About

Hello and welcome to a very Different Fifa Saved My Life, Today I will be Posting as Benfox and this episode is all about being brave and talking open and honestly about mental health and in particular Depression.
I wanted to sometimes have the freedom to move away from Fifa and talk about the original reason i found Fifa .. Depression.
Myself and veteran Vlogger Silverfox chat openly about the problems I faced and talking about this hope it allows some people to maybe do the same and seek the help that is needed to fight this deadly disease.
Apologies for the sound quality at times it was due to Skype but future episodes will be better.
