- As the title says, I had to start somewhere. this is part one of a two-part video(which was accidental) and I'm really just trying to flesh out a few things. including why I am here and why are we doing this channel.
This channel is to talk about mine and your struggle and life with a mental health problem. all taboos are invalid here. this is the honesty channel. and with some levity, not one subject is off limits. no one gets judged. they just get to speak. That ability might just save someones life. And maybe we can get more people to understand the simple thing they can choose to do to just make life a bit easier. And the things we can do to be easier to live with! but this is really just an introduction. Just like my other show "zero news" which is now successful. When we can go live here, it will be an audience-driven show for %50 of it.

Very open&yes honest about your MH of which 1 in 3 suffer i have over the years too like many,its an awful illness&can be extremely hard to manage but support&listening to others experiences can really help,as they relate.

Thanks so much for your support. i did over 650 videos on periscope many of them about this. Running two channels on youtube, im finding it harder this time. So i feel my videos are gonna be hit and miss for a while. But with your welcome critique, I hope i can make it better. and useful in some way or another. I really appreciate you subbing and giving support. So many people have told me not to do this...but many also disagreed. i have been torn. So your comments right now are vindicating me in my own mind. I can't thank you enough. And caza, from what little i know. Seems like an absolutely lovely person, everyone should sub to her channel.
