- I designed and 3D printed a bracket to bolt a 4x6 morimoto sealed beam headlight into my DRZ400S.

I'm looking forward to your accessories project. Will you be running them on a relay circuit? If so, I'd be very interested to see some footage on the components/locations/methods you choose for wiring.
I briefly contemplated installing a small fuse box with a key-on relay, but ultimately decided that wasn't going to be necessary. I made a "piggyback" connector that plugs into the DRZ's factory wiring harness (so no cutting or splicing needed). It allows me to pull up to about 10A from the tail light circuit, and it powers a small digital voltmeter, two USB-C charging plugs, a USB-A QC 3.0 plug, and a wireless phone charger/holder. The project is done...just need to edit the video!
Do you know what infill percent the old bracket was not for the miromoto?
How can I get this printed out for my 2005 DRZ?
