I saw these guys live a few years ago. When they played this song, the whole stadium sung the whole thing. At the moment the song picks up I think half of everyone was in tears, it just hit different in person.

Chris and Gwyneth only started dating in late 2002 and her father died in October 2002.
So he had maybe only known her for a short while before this happened.

I had an absolute pleasure of attending a Coldplay concert a few years ago..If I tell you, that listening to them live, the music LITERALLY goes through your body and soul, it won't be an exaggeration, Mr.Vido. I agree with you, they are the Queen of our time. They do give hope, they do give inspiration and they make you look ahead into the future. My sincere wish for you is to exprerience them live in your life.

There’s a performance they did in Toronto few years back (it’s on UA-cam somewhere) where Chris Martin the lead singer let’s the crowd sing the last part all in unison by themselves and it’s the most uplifting awesome sounding piece of art everyone singing bringing the song and concert to an end...damn near spiritual experience. You don’t have to do a video on it, just to peep it out for yourself will give you even more goosebumps. Legendary stuff!

People really hate on Coldplay and Chris Martin for being bland or too earnest or whatever, but the energy and charisma the band has live really is legendary. I never thought of it begore, but CM really does handle a crowd a lot like Freddie. I think it's because they really put everything into every performance. A Coldplay concert is an amazing experience.

Aaah Coldplay, every Brit over 30 will have at least 1 of their albums / bought their mum one for xmas.
