I was born and raised in to a Baptist private school all the way through middle school and was forced to learn creationism. But as I got older evolution just made way more sense. My school made us watch debates between creationism and evolution and told us that evolution was wrong and painted it as bad. I was born and raised in to a Baptist private school all the way through middle school and was forced to learn creationism. But as I got older evolution just made way more sense. My school made us watch debates between creationism and evolution and told us that evolution was wrong and painted it as bad. You are free to believe what you want, but you have to keep an open mind and not subject yourself to your surrounding peers because that is what they agree on.
You do know that life is so complex that for it have evolved at random it would have taken a number of years so large that it is only fathomable to think about it as infinity.

@@RealDrTaco well, if we think about it, there is a giant universe of possible places for life to flourish. Many planets, prior to ours, that had the conditions to be habitable to some of the life forms that we know. Not discrediting any line of thought, but, at least to me, it’s more probable that as immensely rare event (that is researched about and thought to be possible) as happened, than the existence of a higher life form that we don’t have any proof to support its existence. I salute the people that can believe in the idea of a God, because, in some aspects, their life is easier.
It is scientifically proven that we evolved over millions of years. I still believen God, but I still believe that evolution was what created everything.
