Pullman will build the biggest Pullman resort in Tambuli estate. Lapu-Lapu have more resorts than Phuket or Pattaya thanks to huge population growth rate 4-6% yearly in mactan island + with close mactan international airport. In 10 years Lapu-Lapus popualtion will reach 1 million from teh current 600,000+ . Also there are rumors of building of Palm insport resort like in Mexico and Dubai
