I'm not gonna lie, the sound that came out during my last front squat test sounded like a dying cat. Elephant noises would have added.

A lot of people have done the research when it comes to measuring speed so if you want to do the experiment yourself and notice that after the 5th or 6th repetition your speed goes down even if you don't feel your strength going down, then you will see what he sticks to 2-4 🙄
You don't weight train for cardio. You do cardio for cardio. If you want to be strong/fast/twitchy, low reps are effective.

yeah nice try bud, im a boxer and you weight train with high reps to ensure your muscles dont build up lactic acid too quick and tire out, so you do train for cardio
