Truth without grace is mean. Grace without truth is meaningless. Truth and grace is medicine.
We have God-given differences that are there to make us stronger and better - but they only work when we understand and celebrate them.

4. Speaking the truth in love
5. Creating a team spirit
as permanent, inviolable standards of communication.
