Good Morning Chef Jeffrey. Like you I been eating chitterlings since I was knee high to a grasshopper 😅 and I love me some Chitterlings with Hot Sauce and Coleslaw and so do my sons. My Grandma and my Mom always Parboiled them for 15min, drain to remove the excess grease then fill pot with fresh water, add garlic, vinegar and added whole onions, 2 Whole Large Washed Potatoes with the Peeling. There was no chittering smell while cooking. Thanks Chef Jeffrey for sharing your Chitterlings recipe and tips. ❤️😇

To unlimited the odor while cooking, she sprinkled cinnamon on top of the lid it acted as a deodorizer. You couldn't smell them cooking people would stop by and asked her, what are you cooking when she told them Chitterlings. They said "WHAT" I don't smell no Chitterlings. Then she would tell them her method. I'm 69 and that's the Only way I cook my Chitterlings... People It really works!! Chef Jeffrey yours looking delicious.👌🏾 Happy New Year's!!!
