Amazing!! Bobby sounded better than ever, Bill and Mickey are having the time of their lives, the "new kids" play like they have been together forever! Oteil is amazing, Jeff's keys are so tasty on both the B3 and piano. John is not Jerry, he doesn't try to be Jerry! He is John Mayer and he is incredible!! I loved Jerry, I love John. What a band!!

We are so lucky as Dead Heads to still have the concerts continue, this summer tour 2019 will be epic I’m sure , John Mayer is my favorite guitarist because he can play anything and has amazing tone and technique. He said playing with the Dead is like a musical jungle Jim....I love the Grateful Dead,but I also Love Dead and Company so much. New and incredible music coming every show from these wonderful musicians....🙏🙏🙏🌹☯️❤️

It's not new. It's reviving the old music, which is mighty fine. Now, how would the fans respond to an album of entirely new music? That might be really interesting.

I have to get my day started but this song on top of Brokedown Palace and Black Muddy River????? Can it get much more soul moving???? I just told my kids we have to go to VA to see them at festival for my **** birthday...BIG ONE, what a way to celebrate my time on this earth.Thank you Dead and Company...keep it going...I seem to not be able to get enough of this band.

Damn t hat was good! John Mayer and the bass player ( sorry, but who is he ? New to me) were getting into the 'Dead groove during the outro improv. Bob sounded brilliant. Good to see the drummers. There's Life in the Dead.
Oteil Burbridge! Guy is a legend. Check out some of Aquarium Rescue Unit's stuff from the 90's

I find that John Mayer guitar sound a bit jarring, and too dominant for the band. Did anyone ever think to drag out Jerrey's old guitar and leave it on a stool on stage, maybe JM would take the hint, just for a few of the quiet songs at least.
They should have renamed this in honor of their new guitarist “Morning Douche”

Mayer just seems so unsure of himself in this band. He needs to step up and own it big and be a lead guitarist instead of a second rhythm guitarist. It also seems like the volume level on his leads is quieter than when Jerry played his solos, like they're more muted into the keyboards and not for nothing but bringing in former Allman Brothers alum Oteil Burbridge is a masterful stroke given that Phil no longer wishes to play with them, although who knows why as he's still touring on his own, making less money obviously. Maybe they should consider bringing in Derek Trucks as well and taking things to the next level.
