I love this tune. The change in time signature makes for a very wonderful slow air. I have enjoyed learning and playing this.

+John Meibaum it's not really a change in time signature.. This is just Fermata :)

I'm watching this with a lump in my throat the day after 19 innocent children and two teachers were slaughtered in a school in Uvalde, Texas.
    Rest in peace, little ones.

My favorite tune and well played. Very appropriate for 9/11 as we should never forget ANY act of terrorism - especially the 1996 tragic massacre of the children and their teacher in Dunblane, Scotland.

I love this tune,- though in a strange way, since the theme is about the killing of children in a school shooting. We play this tune in our pipe band. My friend and fellow band member, Campbell, was born close to Dunblame and he had the killer as his soccer coach. Funny that they play this tune in Texas and feel sorrow. This is one of the places in the world with the most school shootings. And they still have an arms law that makes it posible to do things like that with legal guns. The incident in Dunblane led to a public campaign, known as the Snowdrop Petition, which helped bring about legislation, specifically two new Firearms Acts, which outlawed the private ownership of most handguns within Great Britain, with few exceptions. No school shootings in the UK since. Come on.....

May be heretical but I am not sure, other than the procession, if the drums make the tune better. Such a wonderful pure tune.

I cannot even begin to describe how awesome this video is. Our band is currently learning this tune, but it will be difficult to ever match the venue you all got to play on this worthy occasion of remembrance. I almost wish I could retire near Austin to join in with you all. Fantastic.

How ironic, A tune that memorializes the event that lead to banning all guns in the UK being played in the state house of Texas.

You know who wants a gun the most? The person that doesn’t have one and who has a gun pointed at them. So I’ll keep mine. Hopefully if you’re ever in that situation, someone nearby thinks like me. Enjoy the music! That’s what we all came for.

We Brits have learnt our lesson about guns. When will America wake up to this ?

@@Will-ux1dg You have not yet learned the lesson. You are now collectively vulnerable to genocide. Thirties Germany enacted a comprehensive gun ban... we all know how uncivilized things got, and how long and deadly the task of putting them right was. Gun control, the " you can't have it," is essential to any genocide.
No, thank you. We prefer otherwise, very much.
