Can you tell me what model Singer sewing machine you have? I am going to sew my loveseat slipcover (made out of bedspreads) by hand, but I might want to buy a sewing machine for future projects. Thank you for making this video. Very helpful.
She’s using a singer heavy duty, I’ve seen them in Walmart and online, under $30. I believe. I would use a vintage, any of the heavy all metal models. I have 7 at my house and my pick would be a Singer 15-91, built around 1949.
I keep hearing tuck in. One guy says three inches of tuck, but you dont seem to have a lot of tuck. So IYO what is the inch measurement needed for tuck in. THank you.
Can you tell me the exact brand drop cloth you use if you want to bleach it white. I'm finding that some of the poly blendd don't work. I live in the Midwest and I'm hoping to find something local.
Very helpful videos. Thanks. I have a question. If the slipcover need to consider about direction of grain lines? specially if the sofa wide about 2m long.

Thank you . Great video
Excellent video, I did one also on slipcovers, let me know what you think :)
Could I use clothesline rope for piping?
Might be a tad thick I think. Why not just order from amazon or so many places online, price might even be less than clothesline.
