I’m still waiting for the very first Kamen Rider 1971 and Super Sentai Goranger to come to blu ray. Probably due to licensing issues with Shout Factory.
The only thing I think holding Shout! Factory back from releasing the original Kamen Rider on Blu-Ray is the episode count since it's been on there website for almost 5 yrs now. As for Gorenger, at there going (and depending upon when they announce they will be releasing more seasons), it'll be awhile before we get Gorenger. And if we do get it I think it'll be DVD rather then Blu-Ray cuz thats what Fiveman through Dekaranger have been so far.
I'm so glad we're getting more Kamen Rider in the west. I wonder if any company will ever import the 4K UHD version of the original series. That would be a dream come true, I'd pay anything for that.
@@kevinkeene474 Well Crunchyroll is owned by Sony, And now it makes me worried they’ll ruin it like how they ruin anime in the west. Because some corrupted localizers like Katrina couldn’t do their job right.
@@Unknown_User174 Yes I know, again that has nothing to do with anything. Shout Factory was never mentioned and only Shout releases are on their website. The CR store is a stripped down version of RightStuf, all product comes from the site is still coming from the RightStuf warehouse. None of this has anything to do with licenses. You're clearly very confused. Good day.
I already have the DVD by Generation Kikaida so I won’t be picking up the blu-ray, but I still appreciate this greatly because it gives everyone who wasn’t able to buy the DVD a second chance at getting V3 (the best Showa Rider) on home video
Ive got the GK DVD set too, but there is no way im missing out on this Bluray release. You should support this release just like all the other Rider Blurays and Toku releases. If we expect to get more support of these is the key. Still keep your dvd as its great but dont miss out on the HD release. This is the best the series is ever gonna look and Blurays last way longer than DVDs.
@@kevinkeene474it’s not that I don’t want to support Discotek and future releases of Kamen Rider and Tokusatsu here in America and yes I have no doubts that the HD remaster will look gorgeous, I just see no point in buying it again when I already have the DVD. I’m happy that those who were never able to get the GK DVD have a second chance and that Discotek is releasing more Toku, but I’m satisfied with what I got.
@noahschultz9031 Get the Bluray for sure. Just got my copy in and the quality is soooooo much better. So worth upgrading. Plus you're supporting Discotek by getting it and sending a message to them that we want more.
I am so thrilled to see more Showa era Riders on Bluray!
Hope more Showa Kamen Rider Blu Rays can be released. Even some Showa Super Sentai like Maskman would be appreciated.
Man, Kaiketsu Zubat looks even more awesome than I remember.
OOOOO I love this trailer!!!! And V3 getting a release, long live Project Kikaider!
Between this and Kikaider getting Blu-Rays, hopefully this'll mean that in the future we'll get Blu-Rays for Kikaider 01 and Inazuman as well.
Kamen rider V3 it's my favorite riders from showa riders
Hell yeah! More Showa era Rider!!! 👍

@@maingamer6846 I'd buy it in a volume 2 and 3 if I had to. I just wanna support more KR ventures in the west.
Put in my preorder 😊
Can’t wait to get it ❤
Can't wait to get this on Blu-Ray once I get Space Sheriff Shaider.
I'm happy that more Showa Rider series are coming to Blu Ray. Hope for more Showa Rider series on Blu Ray, but definitely SkyRider and Super 1

About time more 70s Tokusatsu got the green light. If only we could get Showa Super Sentai.
Riderman arc was so good.

give us X, Amazon, Stronger, Skyrider, & Super-1.
Ngl I'm hoping Kamen Rider X is one of the next series they announce, along with Kikaider 01, Dimensional Warrior Spielban and Super Rescue Solbrain.
@@maingamer6846this! All of this!
LETS GOOOOOOO🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Will this include the movie?

What date does it get released?
It's up for preorder on the Crunchyroll store right now with the release date.

Why shouldn’t it be Shout factory?

I appreciate it but I hope all the episodes subs are still the same as the original because I remember what happened when you hired Jelloapocalypse.
