You, gentlemen, are a treasure to our G.I., Joe world! I am about to get out all my old Joe’s and play with them in my backyard! You guys are way too awesome! I know it takes a lot to do these various awesome G.I., Joe videos! Keep up the fantastic work And Yo Joe!!
Another amazing Joeburg production l. I don’t want to wait to see how it ends. That Australian character is awesome. Great filming, and music. Thanks for sharing your passion.
Fantastic job on overall execution, script, framing, mixing, so many things. But today's award is for... Location scouting. You lads achieve a level of feeling that Disney is no longer capable of. Truly remarkable.
Say No to Cardboard playsets when we can have real ones made out of plastic, back drops yes but no full on cardboard playsets cause they suck and rip and get wet and who would pay for cheap cardboard when we can have real plastic playsets, Please tell Paul to really think about that one, Why pay more for something that once wet is ruined or rips when we can have Real plastic playsets with cardboard back drops if needed@@gijoburg
This was incredible! The music, locations, voice acting were top notch. Love how you showed the new toy on the computer screen; that must've been time consuming. Another 10/10 video.
Simply amazing!!! Great camera shots and story. I don't know how you get to so many great locations. I love the scenery. The special effects blew my mind too. And without spoiling too much, I like the new toy incorporated into the video!! Outstanding!! Was that a real Satan from Argentina?
I couldn’t get mine to fly well as a kid either. Only after collecting them as an adult did I find most were duds… but every once in a while you get one that has just the right aerodynamics and it flies like 100 feet. We made a video about it a loooong time ago!
I always marvel at you guy's cinematography. Are you able to get the chase sequences in one take? Props for being topical and not for not only giving Scarlett a Southern accent, but having her sound really cute.
Glad you like her! Jenny is an old friend and plenty cute in real life, but don’t let that fool you, she’s a damn fine actress too! And I can’t claim to filming the chase in one take, no. I’m very picky and edit-heavy. There were over 200 shots making up this little film!
Very awesome you showed this character. Great job on the perception ratio for the flight down too. I would love to be one of the backers for that huge Cobra ship but just can't afford it. From that geology, Cape Town looks beautiful to me.
It’s a pretty place, for sure. And Skymate was one of my early figures so he saw a lot of play. And a very unique addition to the team now that I think about it. Thanks for the comment!
@@gijoburg Awesome! I only had Big Ben when it came to the characters from other countries' militaries. I really wish I had thought to get them when they came out. Skymate is really cool but wished they put him in a jet instead of the glider.
Solidly done, as usual. Feels more like a love letter to the OGs than the usual fare you guys create. Well done for the whole glide sequence, and cleverly shot to hide the fact that he (understandably) didn’t go over the cliff in a free glide. A couple of notes: Budget permitting, I’d have taken like an AirTag and stuck it on a glider with maybe a… uh… stunt commando just to see what kind of glide you could get from that, for uh… scientific purposes…, but valuable collectibles and dangerous missions, I get it. Also, I noticed you’re using a Session GoPro. I have a Hero7, mine’s a bit more brickish than yours, which would make it more awkward for tight spaces than yours. However, if you were unaware, a couple years back, they made a Hot Wheel specifically for putting the Session in and GoPro-ing your hot wheel tracks. I’m not sure if the car itself is out of frame from the camera POV, but it might be a good idea if you need smooth dolly shots with your GoPro. Alas, won’t fit mine :/ Finally, you’ve got me stoked for Joes and dare I say documenting the Joes’ adventures in my neck of the woods. Might not be of the same caliber as your fine productions, but there’s a germ there :)
Do it! I’d love to see more of us take the plunge and make Playmotion shorts. Action figure would photography has reached such a pinnacle of excellence with diorama making, action figures that pose dramatically, special effects… but they don’t give off the sense of “play” that I crave. And I have a “Zoom-In” Hotwheels for my Hero 5, but it’s limited in its use. On a Hotweels track - brilliant. On rougher surfaces like concrete, asphalt or rock, forget it! Too much vibration for usable footage. But it’s such a neat collaboration. My kid is gonna have a blast filming his downhill car runs when he’s older. But my favourite Hotwheels is the one that’ll open up a beer bottle. Now that’s a feature I can really get behind 😅
@@gijoburg I’ve been shooting my guys since the 90s but only stills. I’ve been mostly Transformers for a long time, but I’ve pivoted to Joes of late, going back to the old school, so you’ve been a solid beacon of fun for a while. The old school Joes just have so much character and adventure you can forget about grown folks stuff for a while.
👋😃🪖... that would of been cool had you switched theme song to Norman greenbaum spirit in the sky when Australian special air service was introduced 😃🪖👍

Awesome like all your videos This guy is one of My favorite Joes Maybe Night vulture could complete this job alone, a red ninja in this scene is a complete mistery , 🤔 where is Zartan ❤
So many cool camera shots!!! And the location!! You guys out do yourselves Everytime!! 😘👍
Nothing like a Saturday morning action packed cartoon!
Oh man, that boomerang shot, amazing! I keep repeating it.
The glider sequences were excellent in this episode. The scenery and sight selection is truly magnificent.

Call-in Codename: "Trouser Snake"....he was the best double agent asset for the Joe's.
Love the behind the scenes footage
Anticipating the Mothership eh😉. I used to do that too, making stories anticipating the coming of a new toy. I hope it funds.
As do I. A lot of work went into that design. It could be something very special. I’m holding out for a miracle…
WOW, Once again tight mission. I really love how isolated and personal this one felt

I haven't seen those hanggliders in 30 years... Never did get it to work properly but I sure had fun scooting him around by hand at the time.

Absolutely stellar. Unreal.
Awesome 👌🏾
What an amazing job
Great episode; hopefully we get a Christmas follow up
This was a sweet episode & reminded me of Special Missions, where other Joes got to shine. Keep up the excellent work & have an awesome day!

Honestly, you have no right placing such production values on playtime... You're going to make us all feel inadequate lol
