2009 Dubai World Cup - Well Armed

Front-running Well Armed, under a snug hold by jockey Aaron Gryder, cut loose at the head of the straight and romped to a record 14-length victory in the $6 million Dubai World Cup (UAE-I) March 28, the final race to be run at Nad al Sheba.

I love at the end of this race... the LAST bend Aaron is patting Well Armed! He is not smacking him with a crop, but cheering this horse on with respect. What an awesome race!! They deserved the win!

alot of people think that he was the fastest but this was actually a slow one. Dubai Millennium was the fastest 1:59, both races at the same track nad al sheba, Well Armed at 2:01. DM won at 6 lengths but well armed at 14.
