I used to drink monsters like it was water. All the sudden i became caffeine sensitive. I had to quit coffee, energy drinks and even soda. God i miss the taste of a monster lol
Did that to me too, then a year later It stopped so I took the opportunity to try a new flavor of monster. Soon after I started drinking it like water again.
Take that chance and don't waste it like me dude
My friends are like that, luckily i have self control
I love Italian soda
Theres hard monster now, no caffeine but alcohol instead
Monster nasty red Bull better
level 7 is just adhd life, caffeine does not affect my brain, i can literally fall asleep halfway through a coffee or an energy drink
Yes this is literally me! Wait that's an Adhd symptom? Fuck I collected another one.
yuup same !
I have diagnosed adhd and I can drink 1 Lipton green tea which has a pretty good amount of caffeine while I’m like half asleep and I fall alseel within 5 minutes after
Caffeine is caffeine. It affects those of us with ADHD differently, but it still affects the quality of our sleep
I think I am a tad bit autistic but don’t quote me on that, I also never felt like caffeine did anything but taste like a delicious sweet drink (of course i don’t drink black coffee)
I know a guy who does like 5 or 6 white Monster Energy drinks DAILY, some coffee and ALSO caffeine pills. To be fair, bro was doing med school and law school at the same time. I sure hope he sticks around the med school so that they study him to find out how tf his heart managed not to collapse yet.
Bro is on college impossible mode
His heart: "I'm tired, boss"
Med and law school. I pray for his soul.
Why both?!
I was gonna say level 7 is med school student but law school and Med school at the same time???
Honestly, I think that when you need caffeine to not have headaches is where the caffeine adiction really beggins, aaaand that can beggin at the level 2, with just coffee, it happened to me some years ago, great video ;)
Well, five years ago I wasn't so smart and I brewed instant coffee. A LOT in one cup. After cycling 10 kilometres the headache popped up and and I stopped my bike. Hell, since that day I'll never EVER will drink that unrecognisable shitty stuff. It's even worse than cappuccino masking bad coffee.
I feel like half the university was running on energy drinks at one point (to be fair it is a med school). I remember that before an exam, I would drink one red-bull with Jägermeister per night to increase my energy and calm my nerves. In the end I usually passed, at the low price of caffeine dependency and alcoholism
The smarter solution would have been redbull+ L-theanine? The alcohol fucked your sleep probably way worse than caffeine did? (I guess worse sleep also means worse information retention after trying to memorize something :/)
I used to have energy drinks and pre workouts as I consider myself to be quite active, however Its been about 6 month and the only caffiene I have is a cup of coffee in the morning before exercising. I consider that to be a huge improvement :)
Yeah, it really is, but the question is how BIG is the coffee cup? And how much exercising do you do?
I was the same bro I was 5-600mg per day, down to about 60 mg first thing in the morning
I am currently sitting at 2 1/2 scouts of pre and that's abt 750mg of caffiene. I really need help...
@@ruvimnemets6303 Take a week and ween down a half scoop a day and then you'll probably have some headaches for a handful of days, then you'll feel tired for a while. I was up near 1000 mg a day and it took me 9 days to regain full energy, about 4 days to beat the headaches.
Used to drink two bangs a day (300 mg each) and now I started not relying on caffeine to even wake up. I just have a small cup of coffee on my break at work now
I don’t get irritable, just the positive effects wear off and I end up accidentally drinking enough to make me projectile vomit from caffeine poisoning. I’m almost 2 weeks without caffeine and feel great, but noticed my heart still racing sometimes. Good to know that was from stress and not the caffeine.
how much were you drinking holy shit bro
@@ivegotahammer6360 I'm not sure, but def over 500mg's when I'd get sick. Back-to-back 32oz sodas all day.
holy shit that's like 30 cans in like an hour
I drink up to 5 Bangs(300mg each) a day in my 40s and never had any effects except dizziness and hyper-awareness.

@@luk4aaaa Iced coffee for me. Love it on a hot summer night and it knocks me right out.
@@theTwilightSystem aye that’s pretty good too. ADHD has a few perks haha.
Yeah thats the disorder part
The caffeine powder is super concentrated too. It is meant to be carefully measured and then dumped into a large batch of liquid so that is heavily diluted. The correct dose for a single beverage would be really small and it would be very easy to put too much in and kill yourself due to a small error in measurement. I looked into buying it to make my own energy drinks but determined it wasn't worth the risk once I found out how concentrated it is.
I think it takes 2g of caffeine for a lethal dose. So if you're putting 100mg into a drink you would accidentally have to put 20 times the correct amount.
I’m glad I’m at level 0 and always have been, I’ve just been disgusted by people who say they can’t wake up without coffee, honestly sounds more like an addiction that people get hooked on instead of helping you
I’m like level 0.5 I have ADHD so I can’t feel caffeine effects.I just drink caffeine to enjoy
Eh I'm more of a 1.5, I don't need coffee to wake up in the morning, I just prefer the effects and have been drinking it for years as a trademark drink. I don't rely on it lol
Same here, literally only drink it so I have a energy boost when I need it (I never drink it close to bed though)
Me, who never drank coffee in my life and never consumed caffeine ever:
@@TylenOneal239 I’ll edit my comment but I still never drank coffee
8:10 when he said 400mg is a lot, I thought about the 4 cans of Celsius I had today
I used to drink enough coffee to be in level seven. Turns out, I may have ADHD, and that's why caffeine actually has the reverse affect on me compared to the average person. That doesn't change the physical affect that much caffeine puts on your system, however, and I was recommended to start drinking decaf since my habit started as a mix of just liking the taste of coffee and working where I could get free coffee all day long. I started to realize coffee directly makes me sleepy, not energized.
Though, I'm in the process of properly getting tested for ADHD, so I'll have to see if its correlation or causation. But that's something I straight up have heard from people with ADHD that caffeine affects them completely differently than people without ADHD
Update for the almost no one who was wanting a follow up on the "may have ADHD", I was diagnosed!
Coffee used to energize me
Now it makes me kinda tired
And I’m a level 1.5
@@amethyst1062 that's fair, I've been personally cutting back/switching to decaf, so I may be closer to a 3 these days. I gotta have the one in the morning, but I drink out of small Japanese tea cups, which also helped trick me into drinking less. I can't handle energy drinks, it's gotta come from coffee or tea, otherwise I get straight tremors (I think that's what they are, basically my arms and shoulders will start twitching rapidly on and off for a few hours)
Well bad luck that you got diagnosed with it but hey keep your head up
@@tofifichannel7199 i for sure appreciate where you're coming from. For me, it's a relief. It makes a lot of things I've had a hard time with make sense, and opens a door for improvement. But understandably, not everyone has the same outlook on it, and in their circumstances it may be justified.
My current record is around 700 mg, that was an experience. 300-400 mg is fun, but 700 just feels scary, but that was a great leg day.
Had about 700mg in one night at work when I was like 19 and was throwing up by the end of my shift. These days I can drink 700 and it does nothing to me really, maybe a little anxious. I try not to drink to much these days though as I well aware I have a problem
I went to a gym shark event once and they were giving free drinks which I thought was just juice I ended up having 880mg of caffeine cuz it actually was pre workout I felt like my brain was going too explode if I didn't start running or just moving. I gotta say ur right the pump/workout I got that day was amazing
I think mine’s over a gram. I used to drink 2 Bangs a day, but I also had a cup of coffee and pre-workout on top of that on that particular day. Can’t say I’d recommend it.
I’m still at a high level of addiction, but now it’s only 300 mg and it’s only because I get up very early on the morning. If I had a job I could sleep in for, one or two cups of coffee might actually suffice.
Ghosts are what about 300mg I drank 3 one time I'll agree 700 is a bit much
I do 700+ a day, I also average about 3 hours of sleep a night. This was true before I started drinking caffeine, which helped for a bit, but now that my tolerance is so high im just plaine dependent
For me, it was 3-4 NOS energy drinks and 2-3 caffiene pills 200mg each. Per day. Just so I could play FPS at a competitive level.
I was 20 years old having heart problems. Arrhythmia and palpitations every single night.
I stopped drinking all forms of caffiene for about a year. Now I'm back drinking 2-3 16oz energy drinks a day.
I don't even drink them for the caffiene. I just like how they taste.
I remember a kid at school who only ever drank ghost. I don't think he will make it to 25.
I drink all of them... Rockstar, Monster, Ghost, C4, Venom, Etc.
Ghost cherry limeade is the best I drink it twice a day lol

I used to drink like, 4-5 monsters/red bulls a day minimum. After a while I realized how awful that is for your body and now I'm just down to a cup of coffee in the morning. Lessening the amount of caffeine has really helped my general energy levels.
Had a coworker who would do this. He ended up getting cancer and died.
@@snewshsince when energy drinks give cancer what? wasn't it a heart attack or liver failure or smth directly caused by energy drinks?
i drink max 855ml of energy drinks/day, and that's only if i leave home.
Level 7 here, 200mg to start the day and 200mg more in the form of preworkout to keep pace after work. I sleep 8 hours a night without issue, and my only notable signs of addiction is the withdrawal headaches after 24 hours of no caffeine consumption.
I've been regularly known to drink a cup of coffee and take a nap within 30 minutes.
Never do coke
im here with you buddy 400+ mg a day and a highest of 900 for me is definetly in the 7 range lol
Bro go to the next level let's see what happens when you get to consume full buckets of caffeine. The results better be *cardiacly* amazing.
Never too late to quit btw, slowly decrease your dose or increase it and do some cardiacly stuff 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥♥️♥️♥️💀💀💀💀
Heyyy buddy, same here. I hate these headaches, but i really enjoy my workout plan.
Former trucker here(ran during the unrestricted time during the vid) when we were running the "essential" loads it was like 3-4gfuel's a night and the runs were over a thousand miles every time. Drinking all that caffeine and just sitting in a seat driving.😅
As a twenty year old I think I should be a trucker lol. I just don't because I'm scared of backing up those trailers. it looks complicated 😅
@@FN-Corrupt it really isn't all that complicated. Whichever way you turn the wheel, the trailer goes the opposite. If you have a decent sense of direction and have some critical thinking skills you'll be fine. It's all a big mind game. All that being said, you will miss A TON of tome at home because to become local you usually have to have over-the-road experience which means staying out 3-4 weeks at a time for about a year or two
Had to step back and reconsider my caffeine addiction/dependency one day after suffering from a nasty anxiety attack.
Face was burning, heart racing, almost collapsed from how bad my anxiety got. 3 Celsius Energy per day, coffee in the morning, 800 mg of caffeine daily.
Went cold turkey for a week, my body did NOT like the sudden caffeine withdrawal.
Now I just drink coffee and one Celsius is enough, no more anxiety either.
My dad is 71 and he drinks at least 6 cups a day, and he still gets good sleep.
yeah sure but what he’s doing is still very unhealthy 🤨

I personally enjoy energy drinks and coffee quite often. I have quite a good caffeine tolerance and I dont feel the effects of caffeine typically unless I consumed it at night. Staying away from the energy drinks is a good idea, i just like to have some before intense workouts
I agree with you ill have 1 before work and working out (blue collar)
I actually don't drink caffeine at all and yet even when I do I only experience the positive effects. I guess it's just like anything else and side effects aren't a one fits all thing.
Idk what level this would be but there’s addiction to the taste, mostly with energy drinks (ex: Ghost bubblicious or strawbango). Even with specialty coffee, those amazing light roast notes are just delicious. Added benefit is the jolt you get from them.
I measure addiction in people by how likely they’d drink dirt Dunkin’ donuts, Keurig or wending machine coffee if nothing else is offered.
I am someone who used to suffer horribly from caffeine abuse, and I can confirm, it is so much better to not be the “I’m not addicted kid”.
It's not that deep lmao

Seriously, though, 400mg morning asd bedtime, plus lots of caffeinated beverages throughout the day. It helps me focus and get good sleep.
I remember seeing some of my classmates going to school with energy drinks. THIS is one of the reasons why I don't drink caffeine.
Edit: except coke, but I don't drink it as much, I prefer water over this, also thanks for the amount of likes, I appreciate it

Interesting how coffee in the USA makes you more energetic. I never felt that when drinking coffee here in Brazil. Great video, by the way.
i think for most of us it's fake energetic... we're just coping.. coffee makes me tired but harder to fall asleep
Honestly I drink coffee because I like it. I’ve never liked energy drinks and never drank them. I do drink coffee tho. I never even had to build up a tolerance I just never was affected by caffeine. Even the few times I’ve had a red bull they didn’t affect me. Idk why
Caffeine represses the bodies senses for tiredness. Youre still tired, but youre brain wont notice. 200 years ago people drank coffee before going to bed. Capitalism made it into the drug it is today.
You can take caffeine + l theanine to offset jitter and anxiety effects.
Also, some people are fast metabolizers so caffeine doesn't affect them the same way, personally i never had the jitters, only mental acuity
Caffeine are dangerous. Alcohol and cigarettes addiction actually destroyed my life. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my wife which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.
YES very sure of Dr.benfungi. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.
How do I reach out to him? Is he on insta
Yes he's Dr.benfungi.Shrooms to me is a natrual healer. I know a guy who has used mushrooms in the same way and they have really helped him. mah dudes have safe trips all.
I would like to know from those who have solved PTSD and anxiety, if they have solved it definitively and how to understand what quantity of psilocybin to take and when, for how long. And can you really heal without having an addiction?
Thanks to everyone for helping me understand, I want to understand if it's
something that can help me solve the problem (I have c-ptsd)
From my experience it really works excellently! It doesnt even need to be a full hit. With potent shrooms 2-3 small ones will still make a difference. It will be a few hour cosy rumbling arount in bed time, not being able to sleep with a brain in full gear and some color effects on the walls but afterwards its just calm and you feel amazing and gain your freedom. Psilocybin is different dudes, its the only "treatment" I would recommend to someone who genuinely wants to get better. There is no addiction, withdrawal, or negative side effects. It's just pure healing., far more effective than any anti-depressant. You can thank me later
A few months ago I quit drinking coffee after about 10 years. Coming off of it was so hard. I decided a couple days ago after all this time, hey maybe I can have a 1 cup. I guess a lot of us that were in the oilfield and mechanic just ended up with insane caffeine tolerance. 400mg is usually consumed by second breakfast or lunch time at the latest and we pretty much drink energy drinks for the flavor now since you can only tolerate water for so long during these Texas 100+ degree days. I would say I have done good cutting back to 500-600mg avg a day.
My grandma is so sensitive to caffeine if you drink the tea in the morning she will not sleep at night it’s bad and also love your content❤
I can say that I was addicted to caffeine. My groupmates in uni are so used to seeing me with an energy drink that they get concerned when im NOT drinking it. I'm a linguistics major in my senior year and I have to study A LOT. During my sophmore year I was also working night shifts while living 2h away from the city. It was hell of a ride tbh. I was drinking energy drinks like water, my hands were shaky ALL the time and they are still not very stable even though i havent been drinking caffeine for a few months now. Be safe, guys! Dont mess with caffeine.
Totally get you. I been asking myself lately if I should quit all the Java Monsters and Starbucks orders I’ve been placing ever since the pandemic and while being in premed college 💀
I have ADHD and drink a Monster a day because if I didn’t I’d be annoying as hell. People don’t understand ADHD makes caffeine have the opposite effect and I’ve confused the hell out of people when I’ve chugged my Monster and then fell asleep, it’s very funny.
That’s weird I have adhd but it still gives me energy 🤔 but it doesn’t give me TOO much energy. I could go to sleep still after drinking one. Bit it helps me concentrate
I have mixed type ADHD I only drink energy drinks because they taste good and no sugar lol I was knocking back 800mg a day with zero affects💀@@ImSTAYINGannananmous
I was a solid level zero up until very recently. In high school, I could wake up at 6am, go to bed at 2am, get straight A's, and work a job. Once I graduated I got a second job, and I still didn't have energy drinks. And then I started college. And that's when I started drinking Reign. It started innocently enough, with me occasionally drinking one and feeling like shit for the next day. And now I can drink a bang before bed and still sleep soundly. My life is in shambles. Send help.
7:22 that is much more impressive than it sounds... Unless you already know the average reaction speed then its just really good.
Ive been drinking at least 300mg of caffeine every day now for years mostly from bang energy drinks. Im actually in really good health but of course it is not as good as not drinking caffeine. It effects everyone differently, I miss being sensitive to it but it never made me feel cracked out. It just made me feel like a normal human being who could function and focus for once.
Yep, same here, some people just need caffeine to feel normal, I've been having caffeine since I was a kid (without realising) I was drinking redbulls everyday for years thinking they were just fizzy drinks
I'm at level 3.5. I have like 3 energy drinks a month, but they can only be 160mg of caffeine and maybe 200mg if I'm really feeling sluggish. The first time I tried Bang (300mg) , I thought I was gonna die. It felt like an IV drip of heroin going right in me. I once overheard this girl in homeroom say she gets 5 hours of sleep a night and has 3 monsters per day and I was like What Da Hellllll??
lol I had bang for the first time and was wired until 5am 🤣
I had a bang once but only because it was the only drink I had on a trip to Vermont. Horrible and too much caffeine.
My idiot housemate bought about six cases of bang online without even trying one first. Turns out he didn't like it and expected me to drink it for him, and got quite mad when I refused.
Sounds like I should keep some Bang! On hand for when I can't sleep 🤣
No officer, it's not cocaine it's Caffeine power
😂😂
Personally reccommend staying under 100mg of caffeine in a day and try to make it every other day at most to minimize the effect of the crash if you even have one,
but please do not rely entirely on caffeine, nothing beats a good nights 8-9 hours of rest.
8-9 hours? Im barely getting 4. Im not making it past 25 😊😊
@@kainidy7756 I had insomnia for over a year, took zzzquil pure Zzzs restorative herbal sleep (no melatonin as it doesn't work for me) and I woke up without the effects I'd been feeling for the past 7 months. They stopped caring it at my store, so I got more on amazon, hope it can help you too.
This was funny as hell.. seriously if you ever work in the IT field with people then you know that 5 cups of coffee is just breakfast and no my heart rate is just fine with how much I drink. Also for some better flavor energy drinks, Bang and Reign has some great combo’s
I have a specific type of ADHD where caffeine doesn't give me much energy. Once, I chugged a Monster so I could stay up late, I was face-down on my pillow within an hour.
I had an arrhythmic event plus hypoglycemia once after drinking enough coffee with little food or water. I legitimately though I was having a heart attack and got close to blacking out. It was so intense that I was too afraid to drink anything with caffeine for a long time, and yet I still had a strong desire for it. I eventually started drinking coffee again, but I am a LOT less dependent than I was before. I can't even imagine downing g-fuel like that now. It sounds awful.

A few days ago I bought caffeine tabs of 200mg each to help me wake up in the morning and study, cause I hate coffee. The first day I took one of them, but it gave me terrible anxiety so I didn't repeat it until today because, for some reason, I had only been able to sleep from 6:00 to 7:30. After waking up feeling like trash, I decided to take 2 pills, 400mg in total, and it was the most euphoric experience I had in my life. I kept running, doing pushups and jumping like a mad tweaker for three hours straight. Definitely an experience of my life.
I thought for a second I had taken meth because I couldn't think coffee could make me this euphoric.

Literally me, I didn't know the cause of it for so long because coffee every morning was normalised in our house
Now I use coffee like a drug, only when I desperately need to stay awake & active for something

The mechanism of addiction doesn't work with caffeine. You only get what is called caffeine reliance since it directly assists blood flow. HOWEVER sugar is among the more addictive substances and is more often the actual addiction people hooked on caffeine seek. There is also the other part where those with adhd use caffeine to self medicate.

In college, my roommate had one of those tubs of caffeine powder. Long story short he ended up making a caffeine drink for me so we could stay up and party longer. I have no idea how much actual caffeine was in that drink, but it was like a whole damn spoonful. I was physically shaking uncontrollably, felt like my heart was about to explode and beating super irregularly, I vomitted which was probably a good thing, did not sleep for another 36hrs. My urine was so unbelievably dark yellow I thought for sure I was pissing blood. Basically the only caffeine overdose symptom remaining was cardiac arrest, which thankfully did not happen. I avoided caffeine for a while after that, but here I am 10 years later drinking coffee and Monsters... I think I'm done with energy drinks, but coffee is going to be very difficult to curb.
Starbucks worker here, (and a year late), Frappuccino's have such little caffeine it would only affect anyone under the age of 4. The sugar is what gets you. We use whole milk, flavored sugar syrups, and an almost entirely sugar frapp base
As a person who rarely consumes caffeine, it doesn't increase nor decrease my energy.
Same here, I like the taste of coffee though
@@VantaDraws same honestly
Once it was like 4 am in the morning and I had three bangs and still fell right to sleep. Since 1 bang is 300mg of caffeine and I had three, that means i had 900mg of caffeine in one sitting and still managed to sleep not even an hour later. Obviously don't do this. It must have taken months off my life.
There was a time in sophomore year of college that I was probably doing fluke 500-600 mg a day of instant coffee. It was basically caffeine powder, but I was drinking it at night… contributed to the single worst spiral or depression I’ve ever experienced in my mf life. Every day wake up some time in the late afternoon, drone around like a zombie, eat, get a headache cause I wasn’t drinking coffee, then stay up all night watching UA-cam, and repeat. Came back home, took a semester off and got some therapy
When I was 8 years old for whatever reason I made the conscious decision to not ever get dependent on caffeine, and I am so grateful that I did that as I see the people around me just turning into caffeine zombies pounding 3 monsters a day.
I was a 911 dispatcher and we combined services with a busier city. When I was training to dispatch for them I was drinking my MIO water flavorings and after every shift I noticed I was having heart palpitations and shaking a lot. I thought it was from the newfound stress, but it turns out I was drinking 500 MG of caffeine in 8 hours, combined with my two morning cups of coffee haha
When I was active duty, there was this stuff called Rip Fuel. The US Army banned it in 2002 because of the caffeine content of it. If I remember right, it had 325mg per tablet. If you watch Generation Kill, Cpl. Person (his real name) takes a handful of the stuff (he actually did) to which his sergeant said "Stop taking that shit. You don't shut up when you're tweaking on that shit." He later described what it felt like to have ~1,500mg of caffeine coursing through his veins and it wasn't good. He has serious health issues now because of it. If you have a family history of heart problems, DO NOT consume more than the CDC recommended limit. You might just set off a cascade effect in your heart that leads to you dropping dead with that cup of whatever in your hand.
I take my adhd meds in the morning as my “cup of coffee” and then when I get to school I just drink 1-2 energy drinks I have such a high tolerance and that I still feel sleepy with 30mg of add meds and 200mg of caffeine.
I've had a G-Fuel Cherry Lollipop drink recently. It was 140 mg for a 16-oz can. Either it's a thing some flavors are doing, or G-Fuel is actually stepping back.
Yeah gfuel dont got as much caf as i want it to
@@Yung-Zombieyou can always buy the tubs and double the dosage
Bro when i was in year 7 i got kind of hooked on redbull but now im all good because i realised ages ago that it fcked up my sleeping schedule 💀
The problem with people's relationship with Caffeine is that they assume
"More Caffeine = More Awake/Alert/Focused"
Caffeine cant replace sleep which makes you awake and focused. It's only is small amounts can act as a stimulant and overdosing backfires.
I am so severely addicted to caffeine;
I work 2 jobs, so I work from 5:45 am-8pm most weekdays.
I workout before job 1, so I wake up around 2:45 to get to the gym and lift from 3:30-4:30.
Caffeine intake is preworkout (100-200mg) at 3:00am, an energy drink before job 1 (200mg), an energy drink entering job 1 (200mg) and another halfway through job 1 (150mg). Sometimes, I'll have another 100-200 drink before job 2. I have been doing this for a few weeks now and I have to utilize the weekend to reset sleep and adrenals so hard.
Not to mention constantly zyning throughout the day...
Past level 7, I prestiged caffeine addiction.
I’m still 16, but I’m still at level 2, and I refuse to drink coffee, I just don’t want to get stuck relying on caffeine.
Fun fact: pure caffeine when snorted is more potent than cocaine by weight.
(Not as euphoric though....)
I used to be so caffeine addicted in school that if I missed my pick me ups, I would fall asleep without realizing. Like my head would just hit my notebook in the middle of writing a sentence. Wild.
My body seems highly tolerant to caffeine and sugar.
I usually skip breakfast to sleep 20 minutes longer, so I have an early lunch at work at around 10, when my coworkers arrived and I can leave without fearing thiefs. My early lunch is two garlic baguettes and a donut from Lidl, plus some raw onion and pepperoni I keep in the fridge. I tend to drink two cans of Redbull while I eat, because I like the taste. I wash it all down with quite a bit of water to avoid melting my teeth.
Then I feel a little less sleepy for 3 hours but it's barely noticeable.
Then there's one of my coworkers that starts climbing walls after one Redbull.
5:45 that’s actually fire bro wdym
legendary video bro. you never dissapoint 💯💯
Im a certified gym rat and a night shift worker. Last week i had 500+mg of caffeine because i was working 10pm till 6am, went home, passed out instantly, woke up 2 hours later because i had to be somewhere, went to the gym and had pre. Gotta add to this story actually, roughly 1.8g of caffeine between friday-sunday due to back to back night shifts, gym and still needing to be awake all day. didnt have any caffeine for the next 7 days after no issue either.
I tried dmaa before the gym, and it worked way better than caffeine. I would do a set and not feel tired.
@@iceyhotfire i wanna try dmaa but i also know for someone of my lifestyle its going to be a point of no return
was a 600mg+ a day guy for about 3 years and ended up getting stomach ulcers so be careful. Won't happen to everyone but not worth it
@@riverwashere_ yeah i dont wanna take tbose measures much but with my schedule sometimes i gotta
I just have coffee twice a week on my days off. It's like a morning ritual to get out of bed, so i dont stay in my bed all day. I get up, walk to my local coffee place, get a coffee(something about their coffee makes it the only coffee i can tolerate), a sweet treat, and walk home. Im pretty sure the walk wakes me more than the coffee does, bc im adhd, but the coffee makes me focused. Then by the time i get home im ready to get started on whatever needs to be done.
Worst i ever got was level 3 when i worked at Starbucks and in wrestling would chug like four 5 hour energys before each match.
The duck is speaking straight facts😂😂😂
@6:00 we need full song!!

I almost got into energy drinks, until I chugged half a venom and had the shakes and chest pain so brutal that I got sent home from school.
I have diagnosed Adhd and I can confirm that Caffeine does indeed block the adoseine receptors from binding which does indeed energize me and does indeed cause me to loose sleep.

Yeah as someone whose usually at about 5-6 you definitely build a tolerance for caffeine after a while, even a single red bull for me these days has little effect if any. Definitely delved in level 7 a bit too as a teen, it took my friends telling me they'd ditch me if I didn't stop. But people who buy straight up caffeine powder is just crazy, like sure it probably ends up way cheaper, but it should definitely be regulated, no one should be able to buy a pound let alone 50 without having a legitimate reason.
Your friends said they’d ditch you if you didnt stop consuming caffeine? Majority of adults purposely consume caffeine.
End of the ad 2:42
Yeah, caffeine is a mess of an addiction. I've had on more than one occasion where I skipped a day of drinking any caffeine, just to wake up to a splitting headache. It's miserable trying to brew and then keep down a cup of coffee when your head is killing you from withdrawl, just so you can get back to sleep...
My main problem with not caffeine is that it's kind of the norm in the office. I drink around 4 cups a day in the office, but rarely outside of it.
As a former caffeine addict, I can confirm this is 100% correct.
I usually have a coffee like one every two days and a monster twice a month or a little bit more often. I like them but I don't feel the need to drink it. It doesn't give that much pump of energy, but it helps to make me more alert; I think I have quite a good natural resistance to it.
Pd: Sorry for my bad English. Any correction will make me happy.
I was a carnival worker, EMT, and now I'm a trucker.
I'm at level six but I know what it's about.
Coffee or soul crushing headache
My older brother that Games on his computer once consumed a whole colossal amount of caffeine up to 900 milligrams...he had like 3 energy drinks in that day and a couple of (caffinated) sodas😳 he barely got sick, and could sleep just fine right after
But my azz gets sick with anything starting to reach the range around 70 - 100 miligrams😶🌫️☠️
