Whatever her faults; Anne Boleyn had incredible grace & courage in public throughout the truly evil outrage in those horrifying few days - is quite incredible & such impressive courage & her speeches are so eloquent especially in such circumstance, heartbreaking. No wonder the Earl collapsed & was overcome by the realization & implications of what those men were doing.

While she had no choice with Henry, she did have a choice in how she treated other people. She was hateful towards Catherine and Mary and was known for her haughtiness and spitefulness. She, Henry, Cromwell and the rest involved in the marriage of the Henry and the Great Harlot all suffered painful and/or traitors deaths. Divine justice

Except Henry VIII! He probably finally died from sepsis, blood poisoning from rhe horrible leg ulcers he had. I'm surprised, without antibiotics, he made it to 54. Judgement finally came for him, though, as it does for us all. He was responsible for thousands of innocent people dying. Jesus said, " Vengeance is mine, I will repay." Henry always professed to be so religious,. Maybe he was religious but he wasn't Christian. His life speaks for itself. Neither was his daughter, Mary, who had hundreds of innocent people burned for heresy because they were Protestant and would read the Bible, the Word of God. Maybe Henry and Mary should have read the Bible. They both would have been better, kinder people. Only God is the judge!❤️

Thank you so much. It does seem odd that , at first, these women were spies on Anne and did not like her. And yet, the women accompanying her to the scaffold wept with grief and would let no man touch her in case it was not done appropriately . It must still have been a struggle for 4 women to carry her poor body to the church so they were , if not friends, close to Anne. Could it be that, on the day of her demise, other women , close to her, were permitted to attend. I csnt see it being her sister as 1 of them as would surely have been recorded but it seems odd that ladies who did not like her were, by the end, very sorry for her and knew she was innocent. If they were aware of that fact, they could have changed. I’m sure that Anne said things and perhaps it made them aware that she was innocent. On some days , she wasn’t even at the place she was supposed to have committed a crime. I don’t think they even cared to check facts , just give charges and people would believe them. Think they went too far and Henry married far too quickly. He certainly did not act like a man, or a king, ashamed of being cuckolded. Because he wasn’t and people could see that. I was never an Anne fan but one must feel sorry for what was done to her. Boy, if I was getting married I’d sure as heck never choose the 19th of may. I’d be worried we’d be haunted forever. 🙏🙏🙏👵🇦🇺

Truly sad but not really a surprise…Henry would always get his way weather it was right or wrong. Henry was obsessed to have a male heir !

King Henry VIII betrayed Catherine. He was her husband. Henry pursued Anne Boleyn. He is 100% responsible for all of it!

@@jeannescafidi5445exactly, it’s time to hold the men accountable here. Henry pursued his wives ladies in waiting and had affairs with them, and those women had their fathers and brothers who pushed them into these women into relationships with King Henry to further their political ambitions and position to power. Hold them accountable.

Am I not right in thinking that Anne resisted Henry's advances until he agreed to marriage with her, at which point she was complicit? If so, she has to bear some responsibility for the end of the marriage with Catherine.

Yes ! I agree with you. Ann attempted to persude king Henry to execute his true wife and daughter.
Also instructed household workers to physically abuse Mary.
By slapping Mary if she referred herself as princesses of Wales.
      Ann deserved her karma.!
