I never wore a wash and go because my hair shrinks a lot. But, I tried using a gel to coat each section like you and now that's my go to. No more twisting and waiting to dry. Thank ya!

I just learned the wash n go in the past two months. The things that helped me, was first mastering my products, mastering the best way to dry (I am a diffuser girl), then mastering the maintenance (I do the banding method). Now that I have all that down, I look for a certain type of products if I change brand (I like leaving some Aussie Moist or some deep conditioner in my hair, jojoba oil,SM Curl Enhancing Smoothie, and SM Curling Gel Souflee, my hair needs heavy cream and heavy gel) I look for the same "weight" and texture. I also shingle...and make sure I apply product heavily to my roots. I always detangle, always deep condition...and uhhhh yea its been such a blessing bc i am OVER twisting.

Absolutely love your videos. I have two different textures of hair the nape of my neck is more of a frizzy texture so I have to use more product and you always focus on the roots which is what I have to do shingling has become my best friend!

Omg, I have 3c/4a you seriously just gave me a eureka moment! Maybe my frizz issue has to do with my using a heavy cream based leave-in under a heavy cream baed curl cream al the time. Thx! Will try a spray leave in now ;-)
I found that I have to focus on my roots as well to really make my wash and go look good. I'm still working on making it look better so I may try the shingling method you showed to make my curls pop more. Btw, you are hilarious! Love watching your videos! 😊

I don't use your products but I use your methods. I do use eco. I want to try the shampoo and conditioner you use but you said to stick with the same line for a while so I am staying put until it's gone so I don't become a product junkie. My point. My curls are super defined and last about two weeks. I was petrified to do a wash n go. Now that is all I do! You are fun to watch.

Love it!!! I have been wanting to straighten my hair but I think the Lord is saying no because he knows how I am about my hair. If my hair dont look good it messes with my self esteem. So I'm just going to leave it curly. My ends are extremely dry and frizxy and I just got a trim about a couple of weeks ago. What would you recommend for my dry ends and hair regimen?
