Hey! If you make a mistake with selling something you just bought, you can scroll down to the bottom and undo it by buying back what you sold at the same price you sold them! This was a quality of life change with the 1.5.5 update! Also, I just discovered something cool that i haven't heard anyone talk about yet. Try clicking on the NPC sprites when you are in the menu (the menu where you can see the gifts you've given to that NPC). They do a special little animation! It's so cute! You should def include that in one of your future videos!
Its cool that they added this but Scumbag Pierre buys the fertilizer for 40g from you, thats half of Sandy's price. He doesnt have the decency to buy it from you at 75g
I didn't get into the game until I discovered the Wiki. Learning as I go just makes me feel lost. I planted parsnips, foraged, avoided fishing, was sad I could only talk to villagers once a day, then slept. In fact, I did a lot of sleeping. One day, grandpa's ghost appeared, shook his head sadly, and told me what to do when I was ready to try again, and I had no idea what he was talking about. UA-camrs and the Wiki taught me how to play, and now I love it. Especially the fishing. :)

Actually, I've never once lost the Egg Festival, both before and after the update where Abigail is now a contestant! I just have my own path, from left to right, and just keep moving. The colorful eggs are very easy to see, you only need to make sure you don't walk into a wall/obstacle as you continue. Also, while it's not cheap, and you may not get everything back, a recent update makes it so you can buy back some of your stuff you lost if you pass out in the mines! (I believe you have to go to the Adventurer's Guild for that. I'm not sure if there's a time limit before your loot is gone forever, so make sure to go there the next day, just in case.)
hasn't Abigail always been a contestant though? Which update (version) are you talking about? As for the item recovery service: You can get one item (or one stack of items) back for the selling price (or for free if you can't sell the item in question), the rest is lost forever. You are able to recover your item until the next time you pass out due to low health

Something I just fIgured out is you can wait a long time to build a shed. It’s a lot of money early on, but you probably have tons of space on your farm, in your house, in your coop/barn, and in other areas of the world.
Oh, is that the image of the egg route from the stardew wiki at 0:29? If so, I posted that! There wasn't a map route for people to follow for the longest time, just links to record videos so I followed them and made that map (if its the same one) :)
I think Ancient Fruit is best in the greenhouse. It's my personal tradition or whatever you want to call it to make sure I have fruit to harvest on Sunday, this usually means leaving it until Sunday, but when it is, I harvest and put it in kegs to make Ancient Fruit Wine. That takes six days while the fruit regrows in a week, but the wine won't go anywhere until you collect it, so it's fine to leave the completed wine in the kegs until harvest day. The problem is getting enough Ancient Fruit for an upgraded shed full of kegs, which has a maximum capacity of 137. That's where growing them outside and on Ginger Island comes in. If you have at least 137 plants between the greenhouse and at least Ginger Island if not outside on the main farm, you can do an upgraded shed's worth of Ancient Fruit Wine every week. And if you took Artisan at farming 10, befriending animals faster is worthless, you can sell that many bottles of wine for 40% more. But don't age Ancient Fruit Wine, instead, build another shed for kegs and find somewhere to grow Star Fruit, remember that you can put Star Fruit in garden pots, which themselves can be put pretty much anywhere, just don't forget to water them and remember they only grow in summer unless indoors somewhere or on Ginger Island. Make Star Fruit Wine and age that, use Ancient Fruit Wine to fund more Star Fruit seeds
4:51 212 crops is enough for one scarecrow to protect and can be watered by 4pm with a basic watering can. I would say you shouldn't go above this number until you have a better can or some sprinklers for the outer ring to make it easier. Note, You only need 15k farming exp to hit max rank. Radishes are one of the best crops to invest in since they give 15 exp per, take 6 days to grow, and can sell for roughly 3 times their seed value. You need 1k Radishes to max farming out, which isn't too much of a stretch. Exp wise, two radishes are worth more than one melon, and they are cheaper and may give back more G from harvesting. It only costs 40,000G to get all the radishes you need to do this.
I'm only in year 2 so I'm saving this video for later but I love, love your tip about labeling the chests. I have mine in 2 separate areas to help keep them straight but I spend wayyyy too much time running back & forth to find things or put them away. It might take me a whole day to organize them but I'll have to do it! Thanks!
The reason you are slow when walking is because of just that, you are walking and not running! There is a option that switches between walking and running, running being much faster not as fast as a horse but still faster then you were going.
I’m sorry, “easily” get 15-18 eggs at egg festival is absolutely not the case. It takes a decent amount of practice for people to get into that range, and I’m pretty sure 18 is the world record….
To organize chests I usually make each one different colors and put things of that color in it. (Like radioactive ore and fiber in the green chest, wood and fences in the brown chest, etc.) you can probably come up with something better though. Love your channel!
Ah personally its a color coded. Like white is for tools. Green for vegetals, light green for crops, yellow for silo refill, etc. Black for monster loot and red for food, and blue for gift items.
About the out of energy one. If you go into your bed press no on skipping to the next day and don't move. Your character will take a nap. Perfect when you donXt wanna run all the way to the spa
1:19 My solution here was to make a mod that allows you to freely organize the contents of chests like you can your own inventory, and also change the color to more than just 16 or so colors. 2:25 And I made a mod for this situation as well that lets you buy back anything you sell to a vendor for the rest of the day. Though I actually made it to let me freely modify the inventory of shopkeepers; that was just something I added.
Im relatively new to the game. I thought about using the desert as a building area but i read in another forum that there is a particular event that takes place there and will destroy anything you build that's in the way. Is that true?
There are no events that take place in Calico Desert. You're free to put whatever you want there. Avoid putting things on the paths, though. Emily visits Sandy on her birthday and will walk through them

I feel like u should plant ancient seeds outside and grow either sweet gem berries or starfruits inside the greenhouse, since ancient fruits grow for 3 seasons.
They'll die in winter and you'll need another entire season for them to grow. They are more valuable than starfruit and sweet gem berries. Farming ancient fruit seeds is a nightmare. If they all die in winter, you'll have to farm the seeds with the seed maker all over again. It's better to plant ancient fruit in the greenhouse.
@@guacamollie2460 at the last harvest you should not sell the ancient fruits, and instead make those into seeds. Starfruits are not very valuable but the wine is.
You can plant as many crops as you want without having to water them. If you craft a rain totem for every day of the year. This will keep you from getting truffles though. It won't matter though. All that extra crop money will make up for it.

I love your voice. It’s like having BMO giving you the best advices
I rarely ever did the bulletin board quests. I only did a couple and didn't bother doing it again.
You can't tell us to avoid the wiki like the plague, and then spoil tons of endgame content in the same video...
Thanks!
I literally didn't know a horse whistle was a thing. I've been hoofing it around ginger Island.
The reason you are slow when walking is because of just that, you are walking and not running! There is a option that switches between walking and running, running being much faster not as fast as a horse but still faster then you were going.
I’m sorry, “easily” get 15-18 eggs at egg festival is absolutely not the case. It takes a decent amount of practice for people to get into that range,
and I’m pretty sure 18 is the world record….
Afaik, 18 is the theoretical max, even tool assisted runs cant get more than that
To organize chests I usually make each one different colors and put things of that color in it.
What mod is that at 4:44 ? So cuteee! Also, ezlilyy is by FAR my FAVORITE Stardew content creator
I always get my first cloth by putting newspaper in the recycler, it unlocks the sewing machine so much sooner!
Build a stable, buy the horse whistle
What a poet
I can't help but adore and admire that giant Teddy bear behind you.
Are you able to put junimos in the greenhouse? Bc I wanna make an auto berry farm
the part where you yeet pierre is everything i ever needed in life
So, how do you get the prismatic shards... cuz I'm at like 400hrs of game time and found like 3......
The hair is looking good ✨
I just got it done!
I I prefer my curly mess, but the hair dresser straightened it sooo..
@@ezlilyy I do like the straightness, but mostly because it's also darker. Or does it just make it look darker?
It is darker, the hair dresser always seems to straighten it after I go for a color touch up
About the out of energy one. If you go into your bed press no on skipping to the next day and don't move. Your character will take a nap. Perfect when you donXt wanna run all the way to the spa
Biggest mistake you could make : choosing the riverland farm 😬😬😬💀💀
Nah, river has land; just spread apart.... hill-top is just bad
The black hair looks cool !
I accidentally gave Pam a prismatic shard instead of beer (it was right next to it and my finger slipped)
Emily visits Sandy on her birthday and will walk through them
I love how nice you are to every commenter :) That's why I prefer smaller channels because those creators can interact with the comments more.
I saw a twitch in the description. What do you stream currently?
If you die, don't forget there is a "Lost and Found" bin in the Mayors house.
I love the amount of effort you put into demonstrating things into your videos ❤️ I've been playing stardew a long time and just now learned how to get the Krobus statue!
I just love listening to your voice, its so soothing 🥰
You said that you will never have enough wood, well I have tooooooooo much!😅🤣
I feel like u should plant ancient seeds outside and grow either sweet gem berries or starfruits inside the greenhouse, since ancient fruits grow for 3 seasons.
@@guacamollie2460 starfruit makes more money, and just seedmaker some of the AF and store the seeds
Another amazing helpful video! Love from Ireland 🇮🇪
The number of times I accidentally sold seeds to Pierre because I wanted to split the stack...
You got a subscriber :)
You can plant as many crops as you want without having to water them. If you craft a rain totem for every day of the year. This will keep you from getting truffles though. It won't matter though. All that extra crop money will make up for it.
On my best stardew save I worked really hard to get a horse
I named him Oscar after my horse on red dead redemption 2, *little did I know that his name was Oscat WEEKS AFTER GETTING HIM*
You only have one silo, as they don’t store a lot of hay compared to chests, I just have it so I get hay from grass
I think the egg hunt might have been updated in 1.5. I never was able to beat her before and now I beat her every
My mistake is play Stardew Valley and forgot to sleep
i put furnance in clint house just like you did, BUT IT WENT MISSING. did he stole my furnance.. how do i get it back..
My biggest mistake was picking the the riverfarm on my first play though.
2:37 You can attack Pierre?!?!?!
Just a mod
I just dont see how going to the sauna is helpful. If ive used my energy i have gotten through a good portion of the day already so by the time i get there and back the day will basically be over right?
I was thinking the same thing.. i'd rather eat something.. its much quicker..
@@bikerchick92 it’d be cool if it was closer/ quicker but oh well 🤷🏻♂️
when it comes to the bulletin board, i do tend to ignore it because most of the time the quests are out of my current reach in the game...
The giant fruit one is better if you decorate. I decorate later but I only got to fall. I am new so maybe do that one
How would I get my horse to the dessert or ginger island ?
Just want to say, i love your hair
How do you buy a horse flute?? Had this game since the first day of release, i aint never found me a store with a horse flute lol
Damn , i could hear the South African accent in the first video i see of you
Now to support a local creator :D
Thank you, your vids are always appreciated
Abigail is the daughter of a wizard (allegedly) , what do you expect lol
I plan on not doing animals yet since I'm on year one and focus on getting two silos and creating a chest for animal feed before doing animals
No one's played that game without the wiki..NO ONE!!
Fish and character schedules.. wiki is a must XD
Did you finish Moon Misadventures? I can't figure it out and it seems glitched in several ways. I was hoping you could share your experience beyond your initial experience you uploaded before.
I think the mod is mostly unfinished..
According to the mod page you are supposed to be able to get seeds, and enhance your gear with the moon forge, but I am of the impression that none of it works yet :(
@@ezlilyy Thanks. That's what I was guessing. It's too bad. The beginning was fun and the aliens hit crazy hard. I can see it was uploaded 4 months ago with no updates. Do you think it's abandoned?
You need 7 eggs to win the Egg Festival....9 Is overkill
I'm pretty sure you can buy the seeds back from Pierre at half price, they should be at the very bottom, if you close the shop they disappear
what font do you use? for your thumbnails???
I always buy or craft Expresso and try to get the magic candy as quick as possible, so i run around the farm at full speed with no need of a horse
tbh i think the only reason i play this game is to pet the animals. it's the one thing I actually don't forget to do XD
How do you get your horse to the island.
Man im feeling bad today.....time to go lash it out on Pierre *yeets pierre out of orbit*
I needed someone to tell me to just leave the skull caverns
i have over 129hrs and im still learning new things
watching this to prepare for my first time playing
That's awesome!
Let me know if it is effective for a new player!
@@ezlilyy will do you will have to wait until june 8 tho
If only 1.5 would come to Mobile soon,
Bored as hell, grinding gold for those Obelisk ain't worth it
Wanna explore the skull cavern and get those auto petters then start my Ginger Island farm so badly 😆
It's been nearly a year and the only version that hasn't been updated... I've given up on waiting
Gift your prismatic shards to Haley she loves them
I see so many youtubers saying just dont die in the skull cavern but with clips Im pretty sure ending in them dying.
