Recipe:
Instant Moong Dal Halwa
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 3-4
Ingredients:
1 cup moong dal
1 cup sugar
2 cups milk
4 tbsp dry fruits
4 tbsp ghee
Method:
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. lightly fry the dry fruits and remove. In the same pan, add the moong dal and roast over low heat till golden brown in colour.
Cool and grind to a smooth powder.
Heat the remaining ghee in the pan. add the powdered moong dal and the milk. Cook till the moong dal is thoroughly cooked and the milk is all absorbed. Add the sugar and mix well. Allow the mixture to thicken. Add the dry fruits and serve. You may add more ghee on top to serve.

nice jugaad Pankaj didi. This reduces the time by 1/4th. A suggestion: Do a taste test in front of the camera so that your subscribers can see the texture and through you the taste of the halva. Aur haan anything with sugar always add 1 crystal of salt to it. Just for balance. Good day to you!
