I loved the fact that you roasted the dry fruits.
I don't like it when chefs and homecooks add raw dry fruits at the end of the recipe. Doesn't add anything to the recipe.
But roasting the dry fruits adds a lovely nutty flavour, crunch, aroma to any dish.
Always roast then before using in recipes.
