Hi David, thank you! Glad you enjoyed this video. Ideally, it's good to post once per day or once every 2 days. However, what is more important is to post consistently. So even if you post twice per week, as long as you do it consistently every week, that's totally ok! :)
I do follow some, but all, photographers, that are on Instagram.
Yeah I do follow great photographers too. It's nice for inspiration as long as we don't get too stuck in their work and we focus on ours. :)

I Agree except for the behind the scenes. If you are going to do behind the scenes limit what you show, why? because it is so much competition now and days that a potential client will see what you doing and say to themselves.....o i can do that, let me buy photo equipment and be my own photographer or let me share that info with someone else i know that is a photographer, now you lost a client. Happens all the time. So try not to show too much.
from the last instagram announcements, it looks like they are more interested in video than photos and increasing interaction in chat - I think more people spend time looking at reels anmd stories, so behind the scenes are the more interesting to look at and you can view 15/20 photos in 10 seconds....so insta is happier with one 10-20 second engagement, that 20 1second. thats how i see it at least :)
100% agree Philip! Video format is a winner now on Instagram. The platform gives reach to reels, live videos and stories more than posts. Now making reels seems like the best way to grow. So doing behind the scenes in form of reels can help a lot with exposure! 😊📸
