Looks like they're getting ready to have a duel.
I love growing my bernanners year-round, down here in Floryeedaa.
Great details and info here. Thnx for the vid. Love growing bananas.
Peace N Love
Thanks!
I would’ve recorded what he does and him talking about it while doing it or walking through the garden and you walking with him. Talking about more than just banana.
I was thinking I should try one from each genetic grouping. It's difficult to finish the fruit even here in zone 9. A dwarf patch possibly. They sell so fast online it's hard to grab one box of them all.
I'm in Tennessee I have musa basjoo Caroline King and dwarf cavendish looking to get mekong and dwarf orinoco
Do they fruit? If so, curious how long it took. And did you pull them up or just cover & overwinter.
Peace greetings. Do you remove the entire root? How much do we need to dig before re-soiling?
What kind of banana trees is he growing?
Didn't you upload this already several years ago? I remember already seeing this.
We recorded two different segments with this home grower and host on the same visit. One was a tour of the garden and it highlighted some of the plant palette. This one was shorter in length focusing on what maintenance is required to have banana plants in zone 7.
@@volunteergardener Would you mind adding a link to this other video? I did a search and couldn't find it. Thank You so much, I loved this video.
Interviewer hogged the discussion. Why?
Wasn’t all that bad. Plus that’s what a interviewer is supposed to do.
FYI, the closed captioning is for the program with Judith Luna and her Hellebores. Oops. Will watch without CC because I am interested in the bananas.
Thanks for the heads up on this. We will get this on an editor's To Do list asap.
Captions are good now. Again, thanks for notification.
@@volunteergardener Thank you for fixing that. We also need them in our household its super important. Thank you!
Too much work for most folk.
