Thanks for sharing! Love your style and technics💕 from Canada🇨🇦
I believe this is a cassia tree. They grow in San Diego where I come from and flower here several times a year. I teach Asian Brush at the college level and have wanted to paint this subject for a while. Kate, your painting of it is beautiful and inspiring.
Thanks for the comment and share of information. Is the cassia tree the one which long string of yellow flowers dangling down when it blossoms? Then it’s not the same. I have painting those before and will share how I paint it.
Yes. You are right. The cassia's bean pod is longer than the ones you painted. It would be wonderful if you paint it. I wonder if your tree is a honey locust (mimosa) acacia. It can have a leaf structure like yours, yellow blossoms and short bean pods with about 5 seeds per pod.
So easy and so beautiful ❤️ thanks a lot
Awesome!!!!!!
Super super super super

I came across your channel and love all your videos, your paintings are beautiful, what kind of brush do you use on most of your paintings. Thanks
Thanks. The small brush was made of wolf hair. The large one was goat hair.
