Notice at 2:01 that neigbors can look diagonally into your bedroom through the floor to ceiling glass. This room is part of a narrow wing that runs east of the thicker part of the tower, so your privacy is compromised. Then there's the matter of the people at 111 W 57th St looking directly at your bed.
''Is the glass in residential skyscrapers such that it ensures privacy without the need of curtains (especially if there's another tall building nearby)? Transparent window panes are look through; opaque surfaces of glass used as window panes or dividing walls or used as replacement of CS Blocks are made to protect full privacy, inaccessible to eyes to look through; thus need no further curtailment. In residential buildings, to excise on recurring expense, opaque surfaced glass panes are used, thus eliminate expensive curtains drops from hanging rods. Full privacy is retained without any damaging effect to eyesight/vision.'' www.quora.com/Is-the-glass-in-residential-skyscrapers-such-that-it-ensures-privacy-without-the-need-of-curtains-especially-if-theres-another-tall-building-nearby
Penthouses have tinted windows. You can’t see nothing from the outside, if a helicopter flew out just in front of your windows, they’d still be unable to see you
Something I've learned over time, is when these homes are shown to us, they are staged. This is not design or necessarily the furniture an owner would have. The reason I say that is because the interior designs in most of the units I've seen is very underwhelming. So, I don't care so much for what I'm seeing here, but it's done tastefully, at least. This is also the highest unit that has been revealed thus far. Looking forward to the day that the penthouses are unveiled at long last.

I wouldn't necessarily choose that decor but I could probably live with it, even though it is slightly underwhelming...
@@mikeoglen6848 Yeah, I think so too.
I ♥️ NY
A big glass box. The views are nice, but that building doesn’t hold its value like 220CPS.

Perfection
The dark brown kitchen cabinets are ugly as hell, as are the dining room table and chairs and some of the other furniture. Awful.
Not impressed on whoever staged this. What’s with the fake plants.
