    You're the best, the half blood knot is the same knot we call a clench knot( I think, not 100%) but it is the first knot I learnt, even before I could tie my shoes. Lol.

    I was looking for this... the only way I've ever tied lures on. But sometimes it pulls thru or snaps and I have to try a few times

    The way how he tightened the knot was wrong but i guess with such thick mono its less likely to burn. When tightening the knot i just slide it down to the eye of the hook using my thumb and index finger slowly. I know if i do it the way how Jeremy did it in this, the line would be all kinked and weakened through friction and i use lighter lines such as 0.13 up to 0.22 for hook lengths..
