I’m a “Solo” painter and that works pretty well, I like the wheel to roll it up the roof! If your gutters are screwed into the fascia board you can set a section of the extension ladder in the gutter straddling a mounting bracket of the gutter too! Completely safe, I’m 250lbs and have been doing that for years as well!
Thanks for this review! I just bought a pair of these for a 12/12 siding repair. This won’t overcome my distaste for heights but at least I’ll be secure! Haha.
The manufacturer says to use in pairs to reduce their potential liability. One is more than strong enough for an under 200lb. man. That roof looks close to 12/12 pitch.

i wouldn't trust my gutters, they are falling off. its a 100 year old house and the wood is rotting :D

yes, plenty strong for me, i'm 150. it hardly flexes with my weight. its steep, don't know my pitches but i think its a 12/12 yes.
