I've always done this - and mixed this is with mindfulness of breathing. Never knew it (Iriyapata) was a named method of mindfulness as taught by The Buddha. Wonderful to watch this: I feel content knowing that this practice is a real thing.
This is such a useful reminder of the need to just stop occasionally and take a moment to think about what is happening now. I find these moments bring me back to thinking about what is important. Thank you for your insights.
Right now, in this very moment, everything’s fine No chaos, no problems-just this moment Let yourself feel that Think about all the ways this moment is actually… nice Simple, but it shifts everything I love this video's message It’s a solid reminder of that I’m grateful for the insight and the work that went into making it Thank you for putting it out there 🙏
I want to be mentally static in all situations whether it may be happy or sadistic. Let me get the true essence of life and lead a life with mindfulness.Great insight and teaching to have a life with blissfulness. May all the people and animals of this universe stay happy with their present situations and can have a life without any sufferings. Let God keep all of us happy and kind to others.
Suffering is of our own construction We build suffering much the same way we build a fire Sometimes it’s inevitable and we create fires without actually wanting to build one Acceptance is like water to your fire, however You can’t start a fire if everything is wet You can’t suffer if you accept (ie., “understand”) everything exactly as it is in that very moment detached from any desires of it being one way or the other Love, radical positivity, understanding, acceptance, detachment to outcomes … these are all different ways to express the same thing They’re also the key to freedom from suffering Have a great day, -Ivan
@@avijitkarmakar6824Breathe, pay attention to your breath. There's no need to judge yourself nor the thoughts that arise, just watch the thoughts as they come and go, notice the impermanence of your thoughts. The key is to be aware. It's okay to struggle at first, notice your struggle, and notice how it's temporary and impermanent. I would like to suggest you guided meditations, if you're new. Much love
This passage is from the Satipatthana Sutta! Could you please some time give an in depth commentary to the Satipatthana Sutta, not only about the body, but also how to practice mindfulness of feelings (for example, what are "non-worldly" pleasant/unpleasant/neutral feelings?), of the mind and of the dhammas? Thank you! 🙏🙏🙏
Wow, your question is incredibly thoughtful and shows such a deep interest in the Satipatthana Sutta! 🙏 I'm particularly curious about your mention of 'non-worldly' feelings-how do you currently interpret those? It would be amazing to hear your perspective while we wait for a detailed commentary. Your insights could add so much to the discussion!

Please could you make a session for children who
are in age between 12 - 17 years... 🙏🙏🙏
Why do children between 12 and 17 years need their own unique session?
@Musli_i they are teenagers. If we can give them a proper understanding of life and how to live /manage , that would be great for them...
