I broke up with my girlfriend a day ago , the emotional pain was excruciating - as if I own her. What a timing for this video for me. That’s it the fault is my own, with that I learned a valuable art of letting go. Thank you for opening up my ignorance, narrow minded view of the world.

Thank your girlfriend for the lessons while together, whether good or bad, every person you have in your life is for the purpose of leaning and growing. Sometimes we are the student, sometimes the teacher and all things happen for a reason and benefits all involved. You now know yourself even more now and closer to your potential in this life. .

I also had the same thing
My gf broke up claiming she is a red flag herself and acted so much psychotic...for past 3 years I wanted to break up several times but she would blackmail me with everything she got and made me stay but suddenly when I started scolding her saying she won't change she left me suddenly... Throw everything away was very painful felt like what are these 3 years even mean to me like that slowly slowly I'm recovering but the damage she did is huge idk why people come and break up but maybe as buddha says everything in life as a meaning just wanted to share my memory to here, it's been 4 months since this happened but i learned a lot.
Wish people understand more of what they do in life. But i feel like I finally free from something, past 3 years felt like hell and sick but now feels slowly slowly normal she said she doesn't care even if I die maybe people do change drastically I saw it first hand with her..
Slowly I hope I get through this and my disease namo buddhaya

Feels a lot better now I should start ignoring and let go of my hatred too I feel I hurting myself a lot, from here on out I'll start caring myself more and try to stay peaceful and calm when I face those kind of people. But i feel deep within it was an experience that will help me along the way. Thanks a lot ❤🙏for sharing the video title.

@@Leviathan0721 Do not ignore your feelings, no matter what they are, even hate, love them, accept them as yours and watch it fade as your love light shines through your own darkness. I just got a new idea from the video and “the concept of attachment” : I was thinking I should do this process of letting go only when that thing, person or experience finish. But now, I realized I can do this process from now, within my mind and it doesn’t mean I should be apart from that person, or thing.
The thing is: Just enjoy it and let things-people be themselves. It’s a treasure for me this new piece of information. Now I know I can unattached from “that thing, person or expectation ” even if it’s still present in my life, by using my mind and applying this concept. When I am aware of this, I enjoy life because I know I won’t have this again, so I appreciate even more. ❤

Very true. The video had the same impact on me. I've been a follower of this channel for 4 years - but of late, when I started a new business venture - chasing success has been all consuming. To the point that I am pushing people too hard or always trying to bend them to my will.
The reality is that even if the business succeeds - i will one day go and leave it all behind.
What is important, I realized after watching this video, is to enjoy the journey towards building the business. Enjoy the new knowledge that I am getting. Enjoy the new acquaintances as I am getting to build this wondeful thing.
Thank you for your post - you really hit the nail on the head with your message.

This is incredibly hard to grasp - without constantly practicing the ability to let go - yet it is incredibly important to learn as well.
Letting go is a gift for our selves. The more we learn to accept that nothing is really permanent in life (both the good and the bad) - the more we will appreciate everyday experiences that we have.
Rather than always chasing for something and endlessly pursuing success with such all consuming intensity - we need to learn to enjoy the journey.
What a wonderful reminder this is for me as I start my day.

I love the nod to Heraclitus - the pre-Socratic philosopher who famously said that we "cannot step into the same river twice". For me, the desire itself is not bad or good. Instead there can be healthy desire and unhealthy desire. And the first step, for me at least, is to practice mindful awareness and loving self-compassion of my desires, of my longings, of the pain of disconnection - without an expectation or mandate that I iet it go - but simply to first feel it fully and understand it with love.

Thank you for sharing such insightful teachings. 🙏🙏🙏
The lessons from this video encourage us to look deeply into the nature of attachment, realize the impermanence of everything, and learn to let go of desires and the urge to control everything. By letting go, we can achieve a state of peace and inner freedom.
Understanding Letting Go Correctly: Buddha did not advise us to abandon the things we love but instead taught us that everything is temporary, and we need to understand that they will change and that one day we will have to part from them.
Attachment Comes Not from Material Things but from the Mind: Attachment does not stem from objects but from the desire and thought that they belong to us.
Reducing Attachment by Understanding Impermanence: When we realize that life and everything within it are constantly changing, we will become less attached.
The Example of the Cow: Attachment is like holding tightly onto a rope tied to a cow, causing us pain as we struggle to keep it close. When we let go of the rope, the cow may run away, but it will eventually come back.
Life as a Magic Show: When we do not understand, everything appears like a deceptive magic trick. But once we understand its true nature, we can still enjoy it without being caught up in the illusion.
Letting Go Means Letting Go of Craving: We do not let go of the object itself, but rather let go of the craving for it to remain unchanged and always belong to us.

Only when we realize the impermanence of everything can we truly let go of what is unnecessary, in order to live a life of peace, freedom, and inner happiness.

❤ Nano Buddha ya ❤ Well, no serious attachments only text, of which I didn't ever believe, because they were all sugar coated chats nothing true about it all. It's easy to move on, it's like talking to pictures only. Yes, from the start I believe all what you said about everything, let go things not necessary, my real self is the most important ❤️ Thank you, again, you are here, to remind that things are illusions❤ Nano Buddha ya. ❤Amen
