@@CollectingWorldUK both times that I was stationed in England were amazing times for me. First as a 20something and then later with my daughter at the end of my career in the 2000's! She fondly remembers England and all of it's beauty as well. She attended a CofE school in a 300+ year old building and we visited castles. Not many American children have ever or will ever do that in their lifetimes 😃

I think as its here, I do miss the May day fates and things like that. Community get togethers. Everything has changed so much these days, we don't even know our neighbour's. Been here almost 2 years. Everyone would know everyone. Hope your doing good also having a wonderful week.

I'm not nosey, next door has put up tones of plants and plant pots on put wall. Waiting to be knocked down. The doors are side by side, I did say if they get knocked, not our fault. The leads and branches our now hanging over our door and on to our floor. As its dark now. Can easily trip. But just get ignored. Shame to have people like this these days.
