Re clone it if the file didn't get downloaded.
# clone the repo
$ git clone github.com/sherlock-project/sherlock.git
# change the working directory to sherlock
$ cd sherlock
# install python3 and python3-pip if they are not installed
# install the requirements
$ python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt
github.com/sherlock-project/sherlock
If you did "cd sherlock" you will have to do "cd sherlock" again. I hope it helps

no, you have to cd into sherlock twice
cd into sherlock. then you can access sherlock.py
