Hi Mike, I have a PC, doing all that you have mentioned - increasingly they wonder what the project manager is doing when they seem to be doing the bulk of the work; such as scheduling, tracking budget/resource hours etc. Can you please make a video exploring the differential between the roles of PM and PC. Thank you in advance. (FYI I’m based in the UK and working on UK Gov projects)
Good topic. I've added it to my backlog, but it may be a while 😕 So, in short, with a good PC, the PM can focus on strategic issues, team leadership, dealing with client/sponsor and governance tiers, and stakeholder engagement.
