this is a great video , only one of it's kind I can find on youtube. I am going to buy a tempco hydraulic hand tool with the dies from amazon very soon along with the 2510A pump so if you are an amazon affiliate provide a link and I would use it to help you out $ wise with whatever commission they give you.
Be careful to not overpressure the tool with pump. Even some hand pumped tools can broke with overpumping becouse hydraulic make so much force so tool metal gives away or/and the dies.
I was actually unsure about this, I figured extra seal didn't hurt and didn't get a good feel that it was tightened enough until I realized it was too late.
Well done! Looks like a great upgrade.
Thank you!!!
Nice! That’s much nicer. Makes me want to buy more cables from you guys lol
Pretty awesome little tool you made there.
În what order does the springs and ball bearings do go în?
Do you ever No-ox the wire before you crimp your cable?
Can you make us a video how to convert a hydraulic crimper into an electric crimper using a battery-powered screwdriver?
How much did it all cost?
Looks like a nice upgrade for sure.
We know what I'm doing next. Nice job.
I had hoped you would have tested the connection, and cut it open to see the compression inside.
Any ideas on how to make it like an 18-volt crimper with a motor in there thay pumps
Hi, want hydraulic pump are you using?
Thanks!
How did this last! This is exactly what i want to do. I hate pumping one of these things up

Sadly I don’t have one…but consider getting your cable and lugs from my company, Current Connected. We are pretty competitive priced.
Excellent!

What happened to the pressure gauge ..what's the pressure coming up to
Amazon didn't deliver on time :(
Good job. Of course you know the warrinte is completely out the window.
At the end of the day the only thing that really represents the original product is the dies
I was only kidding anyway. I'm all for modifying anything that needs better design.
At this level, the user is the warranty.

I cringed when tightening the swivel. It seals on the i.d. no thread lock needed. Also you ruined it by making it too tight.

@@HighTechLab its all good. I've seen people tighten them until there sideways and put 5000 psi. on them.
