I think I need to start doing this for peoples new tanks I love aquascaping 😅. Tons of potential with that rock.. good luck moving and reassembling it 👌🏾 nice video
Nice work mate! It looks beautiful. If I knew what I know now I would do the same make separate rock bands much easy to remove from the tank. Nice rock by the way. Thanks Sam!
Only asked as I purchased in UK a large single plate piece for £60(had a whole in the top, wanted to use a cave when I buy a Marine Betta). But I cannot find any reviews in UK of the rock anywhere or hardly any reviews anywhere on UA-cam of this Java Rock. Just threating that I shouldn't place in my tank without any reviews to fall back on.
@@ParkersReef pretty light for how much rock for sure! I think I got 12-15kgs total rock for my 50l tank 😂 probably only used 10-12 coz I still have some leftover, but still, u get what I mean… how was the rock to break up? Similar to an aerated concrete like hebel? 🤔
The Java Reef Rock isn't too bad to work with but it does have one slight disadvantage in that being so light it does move around a bit more once you have water in the tank and high flow if you run a bare bottom tank. I had to use some Real Reef Rock on top to keep it sliding around. Probably not an issue if you want a sand substrate.
Excellent Rock scape 👍🇺🇸
thank you, I am proud of it!
Good work Sam! Aquascape looks great! 👌🥰
Thank you! 😁

Moved to the boot in one piece (well two pieces as intended). Glue and putty holds up very well!
Looks incredible - love that the rock is so light. Shame I can't get it here but maybe Aquaforest is just as light ;)
Thanks mate!

Your T-shirt reminds me of it's time for Underwater Pet Expo 2023?
would be amazing, but I don't think we will be able to do a show this year...
@@ParkersReef 😭😭😭😭whyyyyyyyyyyyy
@@chengz a lot of work that I am afraid I just don't have the appetite for this year
Loved the csgo knife flip ya did there with the rock in pov 😂
Hahaha glad someone noticed 😅
Hi Sam nice video, just wondering if u can tell me what glue ur using to stick the rocks? Thanx
Sure thing, it’s BSI maxi cure
Take a shot every time he says "peh-nin-chula" lol
Gonna need a few bottles 😅
Setting up another tank Sam?
Not for me this one :)
Did your buddy use the scape for his own tank? Any initial complaints with the rock once filled with water?
He chose to go a different direction, so the scape is currently living in the boot of my car 😅

I have since seen a number of tanks with this rock in them and it is working a treat. No issues what so ever
Hi do you sell to Singapore
Nice rocks
I don’t sorry
Great scape. How many kilos and what was the cost for that weight?
End weight was about 30kg. Rock is around $24 a kilogram
Nice scape mate 🎉 if they didn't like it I know a bloke 😊
This one is available if you know someone :)
How much rock did u end up using and how much was in the boxes u started with too please? I don’t think u said in the vid 🤔 maybe I missed it 🤷♂️😂🍻
I think I used about 30kg of rock in this scape
@@ParkersReef they about 20kgs per box u had at the start then?
Yeah about that

Just another reason for sand :p
