I have ADHD and was just like that , I never shut up. I got a journal and knew when it was time to write. The people I was around, I told them to tell me it's time to journal and I would. Now I control it naturally, well not naturally. I take Adderall which does the opposite to me. Normal people speed. It makes me stay in one spot and focus lol.
