I have seen a lot of houses that are beautiful. However, I would still change certain things. This is the first house that I literally love everything about. I would not change one thing. Absolutely beautiful, but at the same time quite comfortable for a family. Although this video was 30 minutes, I would have loved to have seen the entire house. There were certain areas that you did not show. Thank you.
Nice House; especially the grand entrance and the primary bedroom/closet. The upstairs is however missing something for me for the price point. You probably did not capture the closet space for the 3 bedrooms upstairs;how big are those?
Very pretty. Love the presenters ❤. Is it me or are the fire places outdated ? And the hand railing outside looks dated. This is new? Maybe different style choice than I would choose but it could be updated.

Beautiful home, excellent job designing and decorating! The only thing that stood out to me was whoever was in charge of the faucets and shower heads failed. The master bath for her should have had a rainfall faucet towards the back wall and not placed where it was and the shower heads were way too small. Otherwise the design is fantastic and is a 10 out of 10!
Hey just a suggestion. Maybe you can watch the mic placement next time. There were some weird noises coming through in certain parts of the video that were really distracting

Beautiful spectacular fantastic scenery with gourmet kitchen and unique Bathrooms awesome collection of colorful and brilliant tiles, and marvelous marble floors and counter tops Girls cage is wonderful ' nice,staircase and island with charming 4 car gorgeous garage. Wine cellar is just down right great!@and exquisite and very nice who is the builder. Of this house, and the designer. Wow!! Wow!! Wow!@ may i cook in your kitchen iam a caterer. ❤😊😅😊.
A huge house like that doesn’t have a walk in pantry? The butlers pantry didn’t have food storage. Even my 4,000 sq. ft. home has a huge walk in pantry and a butlers pantry. I think you missed it.
Yes knowing what builders do is important as well like materials used. Yet realtors speciality and what they should be the most knowledgeable about is the local market and what price a house should be based on location, age, and updates. :)
