Believe it or not. Naruto is considered to be the most popular anime in western. While one piece is the most popular anime in japan. Back in the day when i was travelling in Japan for 10 days, most of them really enjoyed reading manga of one piece in train.
And here WE ARE on the 1000th episode of the greatest anime ever. It is so good to be alive in this time. One Piece is more than an anime to me, and just seeing the 1000th episode made me remember all of the feels and emotional investment that I had with this anime. This is definitely something that I will be passing to my children and grandchildren.

Best manga in the world. Sadly, the anime has a lot of pacing issues, making it lose the emotion some moments originally had. I still love it, but there are better adaptations.

Might check out One Pace. The early episodes of the anime typically cover 2 manga chapters. The later episodes only cover 1. Becomes a drag and remove a lot of energy from the plot. One Pace is a fan project that tightens the timing back up. Also skips some filler, for better or worse. I like some of the filler (G8) more than cannon (Davy back).

Might check out One Pace. The early episodes of the anime typically cover 2 manga chapters. The later episodes only cover 1. Becomes a drag and remove a lot of energy from the plot. One Pace is a fan project that tightens the timing back up. Also skips some filler, for better or worse. I like some of the filler (G8) more than cannon (Davy back).
