Strong performance thanks to macro economic factors that have nothing to do with a vastly overpaid CEO.

@rhodeini yes it’s 2023 but there are still plenty of people who are non-digital and should not be disadvantaged just because banks want to create a cashless society that only really benefits them.

It’s bonus bonanza for her whilst people struggle to pay their mortgages. She got paid 5million pound in bonus no wonder she is gleaming . This is how society rewards people . We can’t give our nurses a decent pay rise . We need a socialist society where everyone benefits and not just the few at the top

Beca massive land grab soon too! Average price of a three bed house is a whopping £300,000......as soon as they raise the interest rate people will start to default and the bank cleans up..... absolutely disgusting system

With overdraft rates of around 39.49% clearly there are huge profits to be made.
One must remember following the last financial crisis, rather than Bail outs, Bail ins have been put in place which means, if a bank goes down, they can take your money with them.
For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world and lose his own soul.

She should not be attacked for her pay, rather it is the practices in banking re pay and bonuses that need reform internationally. I would also say that many people could do the job of a CEO - remember they get things right and wrong, but their pay always goes up thanks to the hard work of the low paid in the finance sector.

Supporting customers by imposing virtue signalling "woke" policies on customers and objecting to legitimatly held alternative political opinions. Non compliance results in arbitarily closed accounts. The public own approx 1/3 of Nat West and it is about time some resolve was shown through Govenment pressure to put an immedeate stop to this kind of nonesense. There should be some sackings and/or resignations at board level.

I think the king's relationship with Jesus may be about the people just borrowing the king’s money with misleading parties. I also think that the governor of the central bank and the bank’s relationship with the king may be about a class society with lending the king's money in exchange e.g. Bankrate and that this should be investigated by a new state.
