No joke me and people I know have learned this before kickflip. I knew people who couldn’t do a lot of tricks but could tre flip because the concept is as easy as this video. But don’t take that for granted. Master the basics!! but you can definitely tre flip regardless of what tricks you know lol.
Can you go into depth (any trick almost? On how to get that back foot up and out the way & getting a good pop at the same time??? This is my main issue with all my tricks
Idk if this will help but what I did for this was just focus more on snapping/flicking my ankle down and trying to not use my entire leg to pop, then just bringing my back foot up as high as needed

heelflips (from my experience) naturally flip a lot slower. Especially if you're fully sliding to the top corner to get the spin. Maybe try to emphasize your flick on a more downward motion towards the side of the board instead of at the top curve. Hope that makes sense

try to scoop the treflip when you are going up, so you won’t have to jump from that scoop that high
