I have always thought that "It's been awhile" should never be touched as It is a song that means so much to me, saved my life literally. You guys did it justice by not fixing something that wasn't broken.

I am 59 years old and love rock and roll. These guys kick ass. My opinion only, so if you do not like this comment, tell it to the judge. Also, I have been at over 150 rock concerts, which means nothing these days. Just happy that I can still hear.

Oh my god! Once again here I am commenting on this band’s music!! I have been a country music fan for many years and dabbed into rock some back in the mid 2000’s became a big fan of Staind, Seether, Rev Theory, Shinedown and several more! Once age started hitting me I went back to listening to country mostly until I got on TikTok and had to wait for State of Mine’s cover of God’s Country and was completely blown away on how amazing these guys are! I’ve became a huge fan of this band!! Keep rockin fellas!!

I am sure there are some fair criticisms, but I really think this is a great cover. Covers don't always have to be completely different. Sometimes, the familiarity is what can make a good cover. I am just discovering this, and I love it!

I do not know how this band isn't more mainstream. I've only heard covers so far from this band but damn, they are good. Only songs so far I've heard is this one, Thunder Rolls by Garth Brooks and In The Air Tonight by Phil Collins... But damn, they are GOOD

I like this for the fact that you didn't do anything "more" to it. This is one of those songs that needs to keep that emotion, nothing too hard core, this is an emotional song, and you kept that emotion. Thank you.

I’ve followed Staind, and Aaron Lewis, since the 90’s. I’ve seen them in concert many times. I even named my first daughter Zoe. Listening to this makes me happy. You guys did a great job on this cover. I would love to hear Fade.
Dysfunction came out in ‘99 I think, they were a 2000’s band... but I get what you’re saying, I was lucky enough to see them 5 or 6 times in smaller clubs before they blew up with this song, Aaron had an amazing voice, they were def one of my favorite bands to come out of the that era of metal/rock
