Hi David, I really admire your dedication for these bugs. I too share the same hobby of collecting butterflies from the Philippines and I loooooove seeing different butterflies you showcase that I can never have 😂. I don't see many people in this platform being this dedicated and just want to let you know that I look forward to your uploads and I am really glad to have found your channel. Keep it up man! ❤❤❤
That’s fantastic! The Philippines has way cooler bugs than we do! I appreciate the encouragement. I’m having a lot of fun with the channel and I really enjoy sharing my experiences with these creatures with the world.
Just a random thought but I think its so cool your son is interested in bugs too. Your dad, you and your son, 3 generations of entomologists that is AWESOME.
Ah still a baby 😁 well I'm sure he will do well in whatever career he chooses.

I'm surprised you haven't gone full butterfly gardener. With your knowledge of rearing them I would figure caged raised beds and a full butterflyscape for sure. That is my plan when I get a house.
Good call. I don’t have the time. I am currently putting in a drip irrigation system and will start putting in more plants for my butterfly garden. Problem is always been irrigation for me.
I also thought it was interesting that Aphrissa pupae look much closer to Zerene and Anteos instead of Phoebis. But the purple color is similar to Phoebis.
Back in the '70's and '80's there were no Pink Spot Sulphurs in South Florida. Today all anyone needs to do to have this species visit one's yard in South Florida, is to plant the host plant tree.

This is awesome! I would love to have that species. I only have marcellina and eubule currently.
