And do you or does anyone else know if the "bars" on the adaptive cruise control are equivalent to a standard car length or a certain foot measurement?
What is the actual engineering purpose of the scoop on the 4 Runner? I thought it was possibly for heat dissipation under crawl or overheating off road conditions but the failsafe shuts the system down anyway.

Just got a 2022 and looks like they made push button start standard on the regular trd off road, LED headlights are also standard on all 4Runners now too
I see some people saying that truck has no power I just bought one and for what I need it It’s perfect in the other hand I have a 1977 el Camino with a big block 540ci. With 700 hp that is the beast it gives me 8 mpg and I don’t mind at all. It’s a sleeper truck but my 2021 4 runner for the off-road adventure it’s perfect DONT need those 700 hp. Other people want more power get you a RAPTOR.
Multi-Info display making us crazy trying to set it up as the manual very poor info - how do we get it to say outdoor temp ? and what the heck is ECO trying to tell us? THX for good videos !!

jim 02122 Toyota blogs reported (for what it’s worth) that certain aspects of the TSS were disabled. Certainly nothing requiring a recall, but safety systems as a developing technology have bugs and customers are the way Toyota evaluates it sort of like testing Covid vaccines.😀
I pretty much only want one in Silver and plan to have all my accessories/trim Black. I may look at the Gray color but my heart is set on the Classic Silver. I just Love how old school the 4runner looks in this color.

2024 now and THANK YOU for the primer! It helped with my '21 I just snatched before the horde arrived... Looks like Mud & Sand covers everything for here in Michigan except gravel roads and rocks. EDIT: I have to say, my PC time is cut by 3/4s I get lured into driving that 4Runner so often.

I am a 3rd generation Toyota owner. Both of my sons drive Toyota’s as well. I am proud to say i’ve owned a total of 5 Toyota’s in my lifetime. Keep up the good work!

if you turn the temp knob all of the way counter clockwise it puts it on max AC. No need to press any buttons.
