"Bahamas" _ West Somerset Steam Express - August 14th 2021

Film by J. Martin Warr of the arrival of LMS 'Jubilee' class locomotive, "Bahamas" on the West Somerset Steam express en route to Minehead.
Film also of it's departure up the West coast ex-GWR main line to London Paddington. A great day out!

Thank you Ron. I agree 100% and the sight of large express engines doing what they were designed to do on the 'Racing Mile' to and from Somerton and Langport is a sight to behold. Albeit very brief!
Bahamas is probably in better condition now than when it was there for all to see in the 1940s and 50s, even though I missed it!
