    Awesome tips Richard! That's a fast mile! I always feel good when I fast. I enjoy the combination of walking and running. One of my biggest pet peeves is the selling of supplements as good health. It's about money period. Good advice!!

    I run all over the country, I find being a thick 200 lb runner. Most drink mixes fall short of meeting my needs and start cramping around 2.5 hrs. I always keep lmnt packets on me and filter bottle to drink from stream
