Whats your favourite interval?? Chapters: 0:00 - Intro 0:55 - The F Major scale & hand shape 2:00 - Left-hand chord progression 2:40 - Right-hand techniques 3:24 - Use different progressions 4:33 - Review
So true! The interval of a 6th is the most beautiful interval! Great advice! Play the melody in 6th and right away the song becomes so much more beautiful, full and harmonious.
I learned how to play in C major/A minor, like everyone else. F major and D major became my go to after that. Now I’m experimenting with E flat major but I still love F major. F Sharp minor is next on the list to conquer.
Sixths are lovely and fun! You mentioned "major sixths" (9 semitones)--yet you played "A"/"F" which is a "minor sixth" (8 semitones)! If "A" was played as a major sixth it would require the "F" to be sharp, and an "F" sharp would not sound right as it is not in the key of F (diatonic). Perhaps you might mention this "minor sixth" exception to playing "major sixths" in major and minor keys? If a beginner tries to play only major sixths in a harmonized melody, and doesn't know when a minor sixth is called for, then some beginners might not sound as good as they might and not know why! Hope this helps someone! E.C.
Wow I loved it!!!💞💞 Pianote ?? U r doing an amazing job who wants toh play piano...like me💓✌️ Love from india!!!❤️🎊 I have playing piano since 4 to 5 months...and most of the tips is of this amazing channel!!😍😍🎹🎹 "PIANOTE"!!!😘

If you're a beginner it's easier to play Canon in C. If you try that, the chords are C, G, Am, Em, F, C, F, G. I play it in C all the time and most people you play for will never know the difference.
Sounds awesome, i will try it, love the trebble clef. For me, as a beginner these practices are a major releaf after aan hour of note reading. Thank you 💕
I was doing some singing exercises with someone once, they used their thumb middle and pinky finger on the right hand and thumb and pinky with the left going up one note at a time. If you know what I'm talking about PLEASE HELP lol I sounded amazing using those keys while warming up and I cant figure it out and cant ask them...

Yes, noticed the same thing, meaning some are not 9 semitones apart( major 6th) other than that, it is a great lesson to practice with.
Very good point. Thanks :)
