What is neutral cooling? A bed either helps you sleep by cooling you, or often wakes you because you sleep hot. Which is elite cool or hot? and does it matter at all which comfort level you pick as to more or less of a cooling effect? if so, which will keep me cool? If you spend more than $500 you should expect to sleep better than a $50 air mattress that keeps you warm.
