You only see the offers on some accounts depending what you set your setting “your offers” (in more settings) on or off. Hope this helps

from what ive been playing against, the higher your clan is, the higher the chances are of fighting against someone that is also in a high lvl clan -> higher lvl cards

If you max out the void spell, the offer is removed and your left with a “discounted version” for just the emote. The 40 dollars for the void spell is a freaking crime tho.
