I feel really sad when in almost all servant room concepts there is no proper bathing space or even washbasins are given! They are also human, should be provided basics. Think this cameraman took it to heart by not speaking (must be due to constant feedback on other similar videos)!

Sorry to say but their is a lot of difference between hotel and home.... In home you should use soothing colors and size of bedroom and kitchen is really small and vaastu is also a big issue so next time try to show us home rather than a hotel.. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

Size of kitchen is very small for a whopping amount ...it doesn't fit with a 3BHK and looks like kitchen of a 1BHK by a local builder . Area is not utilised properly. You need a better architect and interior designer to fix it

The flat looks good with furnishing. However, no use of servant room in such flats as I have never seen servants living in flats. That space could have been utilized for something else or to make rooms bigger in size.
Room 1 is extremely small, no space after bed and TV just in front. Room 2 is ok and Room 3 is the only big room. This flat is good for one family only. When someone looks for 3 bhk, they expect more people living there but this flat can only adjust one family.
The flat is good for investors, but those applying for huge loans just to get this flat of more than a crore rupees does not make sense.
