After watching pretty much all of your videos, we knew exactly what happened, why we got the 221g, and what we needed to say at the interview. Sure enough, we got the visa! It was also funny overhearing the interviews and feeling really bad for the poor student who got berated by the visa officer for saying he wanted to study at the university "because it was 150 years old." Unfortunately my brother’s student visa got rejected for the 2nd time, he has a PhD admission but also is currently a PhD student in our home country. I think that is the reason for the rejection. He is considering to reapply again but we heard that it’s not wise to go to the third interview without making sure you will be granted. Is it that bad getting rejected more that 3 times? Good afternoon, sir When I was studying at the university, I was gonna attend the summer work and travel program in the US but I got my J-1 visa revoked after some applicants, who were trying to go to the US under the sponsorship of sponsor with which I was to go to the US, were found to have falsified their video expected to show that they can cover requirements (job offer was life guard). I did nothing wrong, these guys were called up and re interviewed then instantly the officer wrote on their visa "REVOKED", but I wasn't re-interviewed, just my passport was taken and after 14 days I was given my passport stamped "revoked" (while these guys got Handwritten revocation and 6 C1, I have just the stamp itself). Please advise on what I should do. I submitted all my documents to do my master's degree in the US 15 days ago.

I think it should be illegal for former US Visa officers to work for private firms, giving out tips to foreigners on how to get approved for a US Visa. You are doing a disservice to your country. Your tips could help some bad people get visas and enter our country.

When I was studying at the university, I was gonna attend the summer work and travel program in the US but I got my J-1 visa revoked after some applicants, who were trying to go to the US under the sponsorship of sponsor with which I was to go to the US, were found to have falsified their video expected to show that they can cover requirements (job offer was life guard). I did nothing wrong, these guys were called up and re interviewed then instantly the officer wrote on their visa "REVOKED", but I wasn't re-interviewed, just my passport was taken and after 14 days I was given my passport stamped "revoked" (while these guys got Handwritten revocation and 6 C1, I have just the stamp itself). Please advise on what I should do. I submitted all my documents to do my master's degree in the US 15 days ago.

I think it should be illegal for former US Visa officers to work for private firms, giving out tips to foreigners on how to get approved for a US Visa. You are doing a disservice to your country. Your tips could help some bad people get visas and enter our country.
